Very nice hotel with us-sized rooms, super clean, comfortable beds, quiet, good location. If you get a good deal on room price, its worth it. We stayed during week and on weekend. On the weekend price was comparable to other hotels closer to station, clock tower, etc so may not be worth the 15 minute walk in that case. Luggage storgage a big plus, v polite staff.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk to the train station. Odori park and sapparo tower are 15mins away. Plenty or restaurants and convince shops within walking distance.

Not too far from the station and quite close to the famous Red Brick. Unfortunately it’s closed till 2025. The walls may be a little thin but that’s okay. It’s an old fashion key system, not card so you’ll have to hand it in everytime you go out.

いつも快適に使っていましたが、今回は前泊の方の飲み残しのドリンクが冷蔵庫に入ったままであったり、電気ポットの水が入ったままであったりということで残念でした。 また、エアコンが強弱と言う運転で、自動制御できないのが難点です。

スタッフ方々の接待は最高でした。ですがルームコンディションは最悪です。特に床… 掃除機の問題ですかね？ 本当に基本中の基本の床から掃除してほしいと思います…その他のロビーの皆さんはホッと出来るようなご接客で良かったです。

HPに書いてあった出口がわからず、駅のインフォメーションで聞いたが職員達が間違えたらしく、出口から出てどちらへ出たらいいのかわからなかったのでホテルに電話したら、「反対側に出ています」と言われ、「何が見えますか？」と聞かれたので「大丸」と答えたら、初めて行った札幌なのに、「大通りのほうに」とか言われて全然わからず、結局タクシーを使った。 タクシーに乗ったら、大丸の脇を通って駅の反対側に出たので、大丸は駅のどちらからでも見えるのにあの説明であっていたのかと疑問に思った。スタッフの教育をしてほしいのと、駅から〇分と記載するのではなく、駅からのルートを記載してほしい。
