旅館地點位置方便，3分鐘就可以到達JR千歲駅，房間舒適，唯有時有大車經過會感到震動，建築物避震不太好。 客房舒適整潔，職員有禮貌地回應我Check in Check out的訊息，整體來說體驗十分良好，自助Check in流程十分方便快捷。

いわゆる民泊的なアパート。転勤に伴いアパートに入居するまでの宿として1週間弱利用しました。 千歳駅に近く、駐車場もあって仕事に行くのに不便でははありませんでした。イオンモールも徒歩圏内、居酒屋も近くに複数あって食事に困ることもありませんでした。 オーナーとのメッセージのやり取りも丁寧かつタイムリーに対応してくれて良かったです。
