Compared to other hotels in Japan, the space is spacious for the price and the front desk staff are friendly. It was a bit inconvenient because there was no subway station nearby, but if the weather was good, it was within walking distance to the subway station.

Unfortunately we received two smoking rooms upon check in. While the staff seemed to do everything they could to change us to non-smoking rooms, lack of availability prevented this. Unfortunately the smoke smell was very strong in both the corridors and both rooms throughout our stay.
