Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This is a scam - do not book. We did not receive any check-in details. Tried to contact the host via chat and tried on telephone and got no response. Contacted the booking site and they could not reach the host. The host then contacted us at 11.32pm on the night we were supposed to check-in with details which we should have received from 3pm. Tried to request a refund and was told the host could not find our booking and to request a refund from my credit card - they obviously have my details because they managed to contact me too late for check in but they want to keep the money.
