立地や設備、アメニティに関しては、必要十分で、家族が多いので、部屋数と広さ、宿泊数を考えても、旅行の拠点としては、コスト以上の満足感が得られました。ありがとうございました。 　しかし、セキュリティ面と清掃面が残念でした。到着した際にドアの施錠がされておらず不安になりました。また、あとで気づいたのですが、ベランダにつながる大きな窓の施錠もされていませんでした。 清掃については、ごみ袋、シーツ、アメニティの交換はされていましたが、床は掃除されているか不安になるくらいざらざらとした感じで、テレビ台の下にはレシートや薬なのかタブレットなのかわからないものが転がっている状況で残念でした。掃除機を自分でかければよいのですが、それだけではきれいにならず、拭き掃除をしたくても床拭き掃除用のワイパー本体はあっても、シートがない状態でした。小さなお子様連れには注意が必要かもしれません。

①前に宿泊された方の飲み残しペットボトルが片付けられてなかった。 ②備え付けのコップが洗われてなかったので飲み物が底に残った状態で棚に入れてあった。 宿泊費の弁償もなかった。←こちらから要求しなかったのもあるが。 とにかく総合的に掃除されていない様子。。

費用対効果としては良い。 テレビが小さ目、リモコンの電池が切れ気味。 寝室は車道側なので少々うるさく寝不足気味だが、２日目からは慣れる。
