"I booked a twin room for a solo trip, but the hotel kindly changed it to a double bed at my request. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The resort is well located, close to the beach, with transport readily available for longer trips. I had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider coming back again."

"Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk across the bridge, and the other is accessible by hotel "train." There are two bars that make alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Our room was huge and was cleaned everyday. "

"The Jupiter Marina hotel – including rooms, communal areas, breakfast, bar, food, sunbeds and swimming pool – are all fabulous – we were delighted with our stay. Unusually for a hotel the absolute stand out amongst all of this fabulousness was the entire Jupiter Marina Hotel team – from reception, restaurant and bar staff, through to housekeeping – everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and work really, really hard to ensure everyone is kept happy."

"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly enough so you found yourself asking for this. Finally there just wasn’t enough cupboard space for clothes when staying for more than a week and no space for the ladies to hang long dresses."

"Some of the Exercise equipment needs updating and fixing but was usable. Small room not a lot of equipment. Beach was close, pool area nice and good food options. Lotsa olive trees and fruits on the ground but trees look nice. Town and Marina is close to walk to. Large pool excellent for swimming, not too deep for older kids. Younger kids have a seperate play area far away from large pool. Our first stay, we loved it. Beautiful views from our top floor junior suite. Air conditioned. Easy way to get in and out of room and hotel area. Free outdoor parking. Mostly free parking anywhere you go. Public transport. "
