"Our room was spectacular! We had probably the best view of the center of town. We initially booked for two nights but extended our stay for 5. The front desk staff Andre was extremely helpful and friendly. On the contrary, the female blonde manager which I didn't get her name was not helpful at all. Staff were friendly and kind when she was not around. You can really see the difference. The breakfast options such as the bacon, beans and fried eggs were cold."

"This was a good deal. We stayed here upon arriving for a couple of nights then moved to another well regarded hotel. We were sorry we moved! The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was delightful. The hotel and amenities were very special. Honestly, you won't get a better bargain for your money here. I would stay there again."

"The breakfast is a bit lacking in quality. The refurbishment works, which are currently ongoing, are carried out in a smart and considerate way, avoiding disturbing guests as much as possible. The yet unrenovated rooms have a slightly older feeling, but everything (airco included) works as it should. Compliments to the staff in general, reception and both bars. Friendly and helpful people. Compliments especially to the rooftop staff, very welcoming. The smiles make you feel at home after just a few days."

"Great hotel. Location was perfect for multiple restaurants, tourist sites as well as the metro, tram stops and train station. We had two rooms which were clean. No street noise that we noticed. The mini bar with water, coke and beer that they would restock each time they would clean (which was daily if desired) was nice as well. Coming from east coast overnight flight, we arrived at 9 am. They took our luggage and even had one room ready around noon rather than the 3 pm checkin time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lisbon."

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
