Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "

A TV não estava funcionando durante a minha estadia, e a cama tinha uma mola quebrada, o que deixou a noite um pouco desconfortável. Tive que dormir quase no meio da cama para não correr o risco de cair. Pode ser uma opção para quem busca apenas um lugar para passar a noite, sem muitas expectativas."

"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."
