Fotos are misleading - no access to common areas

Horrible check-in – I had to get in touch via WhatsApp to gain access at the entrance, even though I had completed the pre-check-in the day before and had informed them of my arrival two hours in advance. The door code they sent me was wrong, and I had to contact them again to get the correct code. During this interaction, they called me Bárbara – my name is Leandro! Cleaning service – I was informed that there was no cleaning service unless I requested it. However, on my first morning, I was woken up by the doorbell – it was the cleaning service that I had not requested! Customer service – The WhatsApp channel is extremely slow and bureaucratic, always leading to an automated response system. There’s no way to quickly resolve emergency situations. Room/Bathroom – The construction quality is much simpler than shown in the photos. My bathroom sink looked like one from a bus station. All the shampoo and liquid soap containers were empty. Kitchen – The coffee machine was a drip-coffee maker, not a capsule machine. Even so, there were coffee capsules available – but for which machine? I reached out via WhatsApp about this issue, but received no response. Building – The photos showed common areas with couches, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi. However, these either don’t exist or are not accessible – I was denied access by the building’s front desk.

Confortável

A propriedade fica numa boa localização, tem cama confortável e chuveiro eficiente. Encontrava-se limpa e bem organizada. Há uma boa comunicação com a administração. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: o reconhecimento facial libera a entrada na eclusa, mas o porteiro precisa liberar pra entrar no prédio, e algumas vezes ele não estava no posto, então tive que esperar um tempo até ele voltar pra abrir a segunda porta. O quarto tem cápsulas de café, mas não achei a cafeteira compatível. Há uma cafeteira convencional, mas devido minha curta estadia, não achei vantagem comprar pó de café para usá-la.

Localização excelente, poucos passos do metrô Consolação, assim como o final da avenuda Paulista. Apartamento pequeno, mas bem montado, tudo novo,moderno, clean e de gosto. A inconveniência é não ter bom atendimento, pois tudo é resolvido no zap e as atendentes não conseguiram equacionar problema como luz do corredor que não acendia e sintonia dos canais de tv, pois, aparecia muitos canais evangélicos, Band, Cultura e nenhum do conglomerado da Globo o que me impediu de ver Olimpíadas e tv de esportes. Não há material de limpeza banheiro o que para mim, passando 5 dias, foi grande problema com chão molhando devido pia pequena. E também não há água quente nela. Para um par de dias o apartamento talvez atenda muito bem, porém para maior temporada é problema devido limpeza. Roupas de cama e banho decentes.
