Toda a equipe é super educada e acolhedora. O hotel é o mais tranquilo da rede, por possuir menos quartos, é mais intimista. Acho que deveriam, no futuro, providenciar um transfer para o Hot Beach Park, mas oferece estacionamento gratuito. O hotel fica a pouquíssimos metros da Therma dos Laranjais, dá pra ir à pé tranquilamente. Ideal para familias que querem fugir da muvuca e bagunça.

Dias agradáveis e relaxantes

Hotel pequeno mas muito aconchegante, ideal para quem quer paz, tranquilidade e ficar fora da muvuca. Piscina com águas mornas, bem agradável para relaxar. A comida do jantar é excelente, de alto padrão. Única ressalva é que não é um resort, está mais para uma pousada. Dá para ir a pé até o Thermas dos Laranjais.

Descanso de muito bom gosto

Reservei achando que era o Hotel que tem a entrada direta no parque. O atendimento da recepção (Sr Eduardo) foi muito gentil e atencioso, pude conhecer a estrutura e não teve como não adorar o ambiente. Hotel muito bonito, reservado com áreas de muito bom gosto. Piscinas lindas, quarto muito bem equipado, arborizado, alimentação muito boa. Minha experiência foi agradável e desejo voltar. Fica um agradecimento a equipe pela educação e cordialidade, que foram fundamentais para proporcionar a minha família esse dia especial. Obrigada Sr Eduardo.

O hotel não estava preparado para alta temporada. A comida não condiz com o padrão do hotel. Comidas e bebidas acabavam constantemente e o Buffet demorava para ser reposto. O bar da piscina também era sofrível, com poucas opções. Fuja do parque aquático na alta temporada, claramente não há controle de acesso e o volume de pessoas é muito acima da capacidade do lugar. Não há espaço para uma família sentar. A experiência na alta temporada não foi boa.

O melhor lugar....

Minha estadia foi incrível, desde o check in , com a Priscila , super atenciosa . O jantar , era aniversário da minha filha e nos surpreenderam com um bolinho , um parabéns de todos. E com uma mesa especial reservada a nossa familia. O café da manhã é sensacional, a equipe sempre com carinho. Ficamos 2 diarias , foi nossa 2a vez, e amamos este hotel. A piscina é incrivel, deliciosa, o paisagismo a decoração, é impecavel. A noite um som ao violão e voz, do Raphael, com seu repertório maravilhoso. A recepcao da minha chara , Andreia. Ruan que com muita atencao nos explicou os eventos da Vila guarani , a linda da recreação que ficou na brinquedoteca com minhas meninas. E tb o tio do volley . E o nosso check-out tb com a mesma atenção e carinho da Franciele, e tb mao esquecendo do menino da Manutenção, que prontamente arrumou a tv que estava sem sinal. Parabens a toda equipe do resort, obrigada pelo carinho. Vocês são maravilhosos , eu amo este hotel.
