Maravilhosa!

Meus dias na Pousada Vitalis foram incríveis, a pousada é maravilhosa, está toda reformada, bem arrumadinha, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O quarto é grande e o chuveiro é bom. As duas piscinas são grandes e aquecidas. Nos dias que usei estavam limpas. O café da manhã é gostosinho. Ela fica em um bairro tranquilo, a uns 10min de carro do parque Thermas dos Laranjais e da avenida principal onde tem os restaurantes. Gostei muito, irei recomendar para amigos e dá próxima vez que ir a Olímpia, ficarei de novo nessa pousada.

Muito bom custo-benefício

Pousada em ótimo estado de conservação, quartos bem limpos e decorados. Duas piscinas climatizadas. Apenas não gostamos da política do hotel cobrar uma toalha para uso na piscina, além da sauna, que praticamente não esquenta e que recebemos a informação que não era possível subir a temperatura. Jantar também é bom, mas bem simples o cardápio disponível.

Passamos 6 dias. Café da manhã excelente, tudo fresquinho e bastante variedade. Piscinas deliciosas. Atendimento do bar muito bom. Limpeza do banheiro podia ser melhor e a cama mais confortavel ppis achei bem duros os colchoes.

Gostei da estrutura da pousada, aconchegante, quartos amplos e charmosa. Não gostei do atendimento, começando no check in onde não acharam nossas reservas e não tinha disponibilidade para se hospedar quando chegamos, ficamos com medo de ficar sem quartos depois de viajar 6 horas. A recepcionista simplesmente disse que a reserva tinha sido feita pela decolar e posteriormente cancelada??? Somente depois que insisti, ligamos no expedia e ainda tive que procurar o voucher nos meus e mails que a recepcionista levantou da cadeira para ir até o setor de reservas e administrativo para confirmar se nossa reserva estava ativa ou não, detalhe, chegamos as 17:00 horas e já estava tudo pago e compensado no cartão de crédito. Após muita insistência falaram que o erro foi da decolar, sendo que não fizemos reservas na decolar e deixou a gente fazer check in. Foi muito desagradável e estávamos cansados, com crianças e idosos. Queríamos apenas entrar e descansar da viagem. Os quartos apesar de ser limpos e agradáveis, tinham muito pernilongos e quando tentamos fechar as janelas e ligar o ar condicionado ficou um barulho muito chato que nem conseguíamos dormir. Foi falado na recepção e direto para o setor de manutenção, mas eles nem deram satisfação e o barulho manteve na noite seguinte. No check out a recepcionista entrega um voucher de 10% de desconto informando que na próxima hospedagem a gente tem direito a esse beneficio somente se fizermos reservas direto com o hotel sem agencia.

Negativo: chegamos por volta das 22h e não havia ninguém para ajudar a levar as malas pesadas para o 1º andar. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto. Tivemos que trocar de apto. Positivo: paisagismo lindo, ótimo café da manhã. Quarto e banheiros amplos. Boa ducha.Localização: cerca de 4km dos parques aquáticos. Ingressos com desconto na recepção. Alguns apartamentos já estão sendo reformados, o que é realmente necessário. Estacionamento no local.

Ótima opção!

Foi ótima! Acho que precisam melhorar a área Kids colocando ventiladores ou ar condicionado porque alem de ser muito quente tem muitos pernilongo. Outra melhoria seria servir jantar no hotel pq a gente chega cansado do parque e ainda tem que sair, principalmente quem tem criança.
