Toda a equipe que eu tive contato durante a minha estadia foram ótimos, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã gostoso, simples mas com bastante opções. Mesma coisa do quarto em si, tudo muito simples, ar condicionado não era novo, mas era potente. A única coisa que me incomodou foi o banheiro pois havia vazamentos saindo do vaso e da torneira da pia, de resto, boa experiência com o local.

Ao chegar, o quarto apresentava um odor muito forte de esgoto (fossa). Achamos que o cheiro poderia diminuir com o tempo, mas, na verdade, só piorou. O box do banheiro vazava de forma absurda — a água se espalhava por todo o chão, tornando o ambiente perigoso. Meu filho chegou a escorregar e cair enquanto escovava os dentes. Além disso, o ar-condicionado funcionava de maneira precária e fazia um barulho insuportável. Era impossível dormir. Quando ligado, parecia que a parede iria desabar de tanta vibração. Ficamos no quarto 26. A escada externa de metal também é um problema: cada pessoa que sobe ou desce faz com que toda a estrutura trema e produza um ruído intenso. O café da manhã foi outra decepção. Os bolos pareciam sobras do dia anterior, e havia presença de insetos — aranhas no salão e baratas saindo da entrada da cozinha. Tínhamos reservas para dois dias, mas não conseguimos permanecer para o segundo. Foi inviável. Solicitei o estorno, que foi negado. Ofereceram outro quarto, igualmente ruim, tentando nos convencer de que seria melhor. Diante disso, optamos por sair e acionar o PROCON para reaver o valor pago. Uma experiência completamente frustrante e inaceitável, especialmente considerando o preço cobrado e o contraste com as avaliações que o estabelecimento exibe, que só podem ser manipuladas..

Iluminação do quarto ruim/ Fio aparente no teto. Não tem secador no banheiro. Toalhas de banho, encardidas. Limpeza do quarto, deixou a desejar. Fui pedir um lençol na recepção foi NEGADO , a justificativa foi, porque a minha reserva era quarto duplo, porém tinha uma cama de solteiro, eu estava com uma criança (12 anos) e ela queria dormir na cama sozinha, já que tinha uma cama vazia disponível. Enfim, 1 LENÇOL como se fosse um pedido absurdo, fique até sem graça, inacreditável!! Barulho no corredor, conversas pela manhã e tarde da noite, portas batendo, fiquei no primeiro andar, não gostei. Café da manhã razoável (simples), senti falta de mais opções de frutas.

Embora tenha piscina a cor da água dava medo,sem condições de uso,tv não funcionava corretamente, no café da manhã suco imitação de laranja, parece que já virou moda,desculpe a cinceridade vários hotéis adotando este tipo de suco. O bom que o hotel é próximo do Thermas.

A limpeza do banheiro, principalmente, deixou a desejar...os rejuntes muito cheio de mofo em baixo do vaso sanitário. Ao cobrar um garfo para almocar n hotel, este deveria ser embalado e com faca e guardanapo e nao solto sem embalagem (1,50 o garfo de plastico) .Na minha opinião nao dveria se vobrado um garfo avulso. Cortesia são coisas que um cliente nunca esquece. Para todos os passeios foi necessário uber.
