Péssimo lugar

Péssimo. Reservei um quarto e me coloraram em outro. Sem box, camas baixas e moles. Uma fresca enorme da porta que fazia um barulho insuportável. Ao pedir para trocar tive que ouvir um “verei se tem algum quarto disponível” sendo que fiz minha reserva em maio. E na hora de acertar as contas, quiseram me dar 50 reais de desconto, alegando que eu tinha dormido no quarto que não era meu e usado a água para tomar banho. Fui muito mal atendida. Café da manhã com pães duros. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Cama confortável, e café da manhã bom. O lixo do hóspede anterior não havia sido retirado do quarto, e aparentemente o estoque de água quente não é suficiente para todos os hospedes, dependendo do horário, você pode ter que tomar banho frio.

Desconfortável e sujo.

Noite fria, e o chuveiro assim como o ar condicionado não aqueciam. Banheiro com fios de cabelo pelo chão, possivelmente do hóspede anterior. A cama não era de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro unidas, muito desconfortável. Café da manhã razoável.

hotel muito decadente. Uma pena!

Foi com tristeza que constatei a decadência do hotel que já foi o melhor da cidade. Móveis lascados, faltava toalhas no quarto (quando chegaram vieram apenas as de banho) corredores muito sujos nos andares. As pessoas e o atendimento é gentil, mas o hotel está muito desgastado e pedindo manutenção urgente. Café da manhã caro para o que oferece (30,00 por pessoa)

Ar condicionado da NASA

O apartamento tinha um ar condicionado de janela adaptado em uma frente de slipt. Isso so engenheiro da NASA para fazer. O ar não gelava pelo sestema maluco. As portas do box de blindex estavam soltas e quase cairam na hora do banho, reclamei doar na recepção e fui informado que teria de mudar de quarto sozinho pois a moça da recepcao estava sozinha e o ar do hotel sao todos daquele sistema. Entao foi uma noite horrivel. E deixei na saida a reclamação com o atendente Jonantan.

Nao gostei da estadia no local.

Não gostei. Não tivemos serviço de quarto. O banheiro tinha bolor nas paredes. Não tinha tapete no chão. Toalhas não foram trocadas e lixo do banheiro também não.

A localização do hotel é ótima, mas as condições são horríveis. Trata-se de um hotel que já foi padrão 5 estrelas no passado, mas hoje tem todas as suas instalações sem conservação e a limpeza está deplorável.

Gostei do atendimento, quarto e banheito com espaço satisfatorios, vista bacana, cafe da manhã completo. Boa localização. Psicina bem cuidada. Faço uma ressalva no restaurante de vomida iriental quw foi desativado na pandemia mas naohavia nenhuma informação sovre isso no site.
