Sobre a estadia tudo ok. A única ressalva (não é reclamação) eu estava com reserva pra um quarto e no dia o hotel me ofereceu um quarto melhor sem custos. porém eu estava no quarto com minha esposa e um homem que possivelmente é da manutenção entrou no quarto com outra chave! Fiquei preocupado pelos pertences caso eu não estivesse lá na hora o restante tudo ok

O quarto estava bom e a equipe tambem atendeu bem. No entanto achei vazamentos de agua na torneira do banheiro e na válvula do vazo sanitário. O café da manhã também foi bom, mas achei cabelo na manteiga de mesa. Fora isso nota 8,5.

O chuveiro não esquenta, mesmo deixando a torneira aberta como orientado. O café da manhã tem resto de queijo das outras pessoas na chapa. A cama o pé estava quebrado, tive que trocar de quarto. Não recomendo.

Razoável. Chuveiro ducha sem pressão e água não aquecia muito bem. Em um dos mais frio o hóspede vai sofrer. Poucas vagas no estacionamento. Cobram o valor total no check-in e não tem reembolso no caso de precisar sair antes da data prevista.

boa opção para hospedagem rápida em São Carlos, o café da manhã é excelente, com opção de pão de queijo, waffle, muito bom. Ùnica ressalva que, pelo tamanho reduzido do estacionamento próprio, nosso veículo ficou estacionado na rua, porém a região é segura e não houve intercorrências
