Muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, confortável, chuveiro bom, bom estacionamento e o último andar bem equipado com a piscina, sauna, academia e salão de jogos. Único ponto que vejo pra melhorar é o café da manhã com poucas opções, além da reposição não tão rápida. Mas vale muito a pena!

Atender o cafe ate o horario determinado

Como todas as outras vezes fokos muito bem atendidos e em.relacao ao quarto tido 100%, o que ficou im.pouco a desejar foi o cafe, no horario que chegamos faltava muita coisa e tivemos que ficar solictando, entendo que se o cafe e ate determinado horario tem que eate completo ate o horario se encerrar

O atendimento foi muito bom, com colaboradores educados e atenciosos, o que tornou a estadia mais agradável. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: Café da manhã: Muito fraco para uma cidade com tradição e cultura alemã. Pão seco, sucos artificiais, frutas congeladas, poucas opções de acompanhamentos e nenhuma cuca por exemplo, tradição do local. Infraestrutura da suíte: Apesar de oferecer um espaço de cozinha, não havia nenhum acessório disponível, nem mesmo uma cafeteira apenas copo de plástico. Detalhe no quarto: Havia um segurador de porta fixado no chão bem no meio do caminho para o armário, o que resultou em constantes tropeços.
