"When we were looking for a place to stay we wanted a place that was retro. We are not a fan of super new and fancy places. They are too sterile and disconnected. The Samsara fit the bill, it has everything you need and the location is awesome. The rooms were clean and property is kept. You can tell that there was significant cleanup from the storm last year. The staff are all very nice and helpful. A shout out to Jennifer at the front desk. The bartenders made great drinks and were nice to engage with. The thing we like the most was we felt we were able to engage with an authentic Negril experience. "

"The resort was nice. A lot of construction going on when we were there in the main lobby. Had to go to the nurse one of the days because I stepped on a sea urchin and the nurse was very helpful. The resort it self was nice and the food was acually not bad at all. The buffet was good and the al la carts were okay. Definitely do the Hibatchi. "

"The staff were the best part of the hotel. The hotel looks good and the amenities were great. The restaurants were great. My kids and I loved the sport bar but the wait time for the food was too long. The only concern was the cleanliness of the room. However if you request the staff would come to re-clean the rooms. It is a very family friendly and had activities for all ages. Will definitely return to this resort."
