"No me gusto la ubicacion, el acceso esta feo y muy lejos de tiendas, restaurantes y playas. Me gusto la alberca, las instalaciones, la terraza, el sotano donde estan los baños de la alberca tambien estan bonitos. la cocina esta a la llegada no tiene vista agradable, el shower esta muy chiquito y los container se mueven como que no estan bien fijos, el personal agradable pero como que les falta ser mas profesional"

"Excellent hotel, very clean and polite staff. Zicatela main beach area was only about 7 min walk. They just need better tv and internet. It never worked properly. TV was to small and had no streaming. All show had snow. So you could not warch property. We had to use our phone and our own cell wifi. "
