Apartamento Ok. Administradora Complicada.

O apartamento cumpre com o anunciado. Apenas ressalto que a sacada é pequena, não cabe uma cadeira, e a vista para o mar é praticamente inexistente. Banheiro e cozinha reformados. Sofá da sala bem utilizado. O trato com a proprietária foi difícil. Uma semana após a entrega, houve cobrança muito desagradável em razão da suposta ausência de um ralo de banheiro. Mesmo sem qualquer oposição quanto ao pagamento do valor e todos os custos envolvidos, a proprietária disse que não tinha tempo de providenciar a aquisição do objeto, exigindo que fosse adquirido e entregue no apartamento no mesmo dia, com algumas horas de tolerância. Tive que resolver esse problema por telefone, a mais de 3 mil quilitrômetros de distâncias, através de amigos, pois não há diálogo racional com a proprietária. Jamais retornaria ao mesmo imóvel.

Apto excelente, com tudo que precisávamos. Passamos 1 mês trabalhando em home office e foi uma experiência ótima. Anfitriã Maria é super solícita e preocupada com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.
