FICOU ABAIXO DA EXPECTATIVA

PRÉDIO ANTIGO, MAL CONSERVADO. MUITO SUJO. O APTO ´É RAZOÁVEL, MAS COM VAZAMENTO NO TETO DO BANHEIRO. A LOCALIZAÇÃO É ÓTIMA. O PREÇO PAGO NÃO ATENDEU AO QUE ESPERÁVAMOS.
