"Kudos to all Staff especially security , bellboys, concierge , housekeeping very polite, helpful , and speedy ! This is our second home everyone we come to Urdaneta! Airconditioning super! Recommend this hotel to all seeking clean and accessible hotel . There's also a modern Chinese restaurant with good food that's located downstairs .

"5 star service for very affordable price! Great staff! And would like to thank Patrick, who helped us and provide beverage for my relatives. Thank you for your professionalism! "Old facility swimming pool is ok isn’t that great either I seen them cleaning but never at once tested if there is enough or need chlorine in it. good enough to soak when temp is hot. Breakfast needs to have more of american menu than rice other than that it’s ok the whole entirely facility is nice lots of trees shrubs and plants. Close to everything. Staff are also nice and friendly"

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...
