"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "Nice, clean room. Breakfast was very good!"

"The facility had no running water ,except after midnight. No shower, only a bucket and scoop. No working toilet, no bedding and thin mattresses on wood bed bottoms. No air con. on the upper levels of the place. Not anything I would have wanted to have my family stay at for the seven of us."
