"The service is slow "

"All the rooms I saw in the hotel were in bad conditions, specially the bathrooms. My original room had the bathroom in such bad condition that they showed me 6 other rooms and they were in the same condition. Even in the executive foor. The bathroom looked like a public bathroom."

"The room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful, as were the views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely pay extra for access to the lounge (comes with breakfast and dinner)— it was well worth it. Great amenities, especially the pool and gym. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the capital. "

"It’s in a great location. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant is great. My only drawback is that the gym wasn’t fully equipped and it feels like an afterthought. "

"It’s a large hotel with nice areas and good service. The room was spotless. The only thing we didn’t like this time was that all the hallways in the common areas they were very dirty, which gave us a very bad impression."
