Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. The breakfast is very good, with all the options we needed. The location on the river is quiet and lovely, with swimming and kayak rental right from the property.

Referente ao atendimento a funcionária Jane foi bem prestativa, referente ao ambiente externo é bem bonito e agradável, tem um rio nos fundos bem legal, já o quarto ate que não era ruim, tamanho bom, ar condicionado, banheiro no quarto, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, pia com vazamento, chuveiro não tinha meio termo ou era água muito quente ou fria, ralo do banheiro sem nível, fazendo com que a água empossava orrivel, toalhas e roupas de cama com impressão de sujeira, desagradável. Referente ao café da manhã, bem simples, poucas opções, e no último dia do café foi uma experiência bem desagradável, as coisas ficaram expostos e moscas pousando nos alimentos, terrível.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Eu gostaria muito de publicar uma opinião diferente da descrita abaixo. Mas infelizmente a minha experiência com a parte da limpeza não foi nada legal! Primeiramente gostaria de elogiar o atendimento da Sra. Cida e de todos os seus funcionários, elogio também às roupas de cama que apesar de serem simples estavam limpas. Mas infelizmente a limpeza deixou muito a desejar e aqui estou levando em consideração que o local é um local simples e que a cidade tem condições também extremamente simples. Porém o mínimo seria manter um quanto limpo. Quando cheguei e abri a porta vi que o ar condicionado estava super sujo em cima, só larguei as malas e saí para almoçar, a moça da limpeza estava no corredor e expliquei que sou muito alérgica, pedi gentilmente que se possível passasse um pano no ar. Desci para almoçar e quando voltei ela tinha ido lá e passado um pano nas paletas e a sugeira que eu me referi, que dava pra ver de longe, continuava no local. Deixei pra lá e nos outros dias foi do mesmo jeito. Tinha uma nuvem de poeira na porta do banheiro que estava preso a uma teia de aranha que permaneceu lá por três dias. No segundo dia foi trocado minha toalha por uma toalha suja que precisei pedi para trocar também. E além de outras coisas acerca da limpeza foi o acabamento e detalhes da construir não são mostrados nas fotos. E por último fica dois avisos que podem ser relevantes: não tem tv nos quartos, mas isso não foi mesmo prometido e eu que não me liguei. E a água é de poço.

Atendimento nota 10. A proprietária dona Cida é um amor de pessoa, faz a estadia ficar inesquecível. O filho Matheus organizou os melhores passeios. O Rio Alegre no fundo da pousada faz toda a diferença.

Só vale a pena pela localização

A localização da pousada é excepcional. Atras tem o rio que vc consegue assistir o pôr do sol. Tem o restaurante da pousada que o almoço é ótimo e preco bom. E tbm tem o narco bar. O atendimento é otimo, todos solícitos e educados. Ar condicionado funcionou bem. Colchão mole mas ok deu pra dormir. Quarto pequeno. Café da manhã ok mas pelo preço que paguei esperava mais. Em Uma noite faltou agua no chuveiro, mas tudo bem pq tinha na pia. Pegamos a agua do chuveiro e terminamos o banho . Outra noite faltou luz, mas foi por pouco tempo. Tem uma mesa no quarto o que facilita a vida. Frigobar tbm.

Prós e Contras

O lugar em si é legal, nos fundos tem um espaço muito bonito para fotos que da acesso ao rio e é bem ajeitado, as pessoas são muito gentis e receptivas, tambem sao muito prestativas gostei bastante... porém o quarto nao é muito agradável, o banheiro nao tem ventilação o que é horrivel o quarto fica com cheiro desagravel, o ar condicionado fica oscilando a temperatura e o chuveiro é horrível, quase nao sai agua e só gelada, ficamos no quarto George, nao sei como são os outros.

Pousada simples, mas com o essencial.

Pousada simples, como toda a cidade em torno dos Lençóis. Atendimento simpático dos profissionais. A agua estava um pouco amarelada mas nada que incomodasse tanto, nao sentimos cheiro forte como alguns comentaram. Foi possível tomar banho tranquilamente. Ao chegarmos fomos informadas da cor da agua e recebemos um fardo de agua mineral que usamos para para escovar os dentes e lavar o rosto. As instalações atenderam nossa necessidade de descanso no fim do dia, após os passeios, com quarto com ar condicionado e restaurante na pousada.

Não estrague sua viagem nessa hospedagem!

Foi a pior experiência que tive em uma pousada. Chegamos no horário do almoço para aproveitar o restaurante enquanto o quarto ficava pronto, porém, o mesmo estava lotado devido a excursões que haviam chegado, foi uma confusão! Não haviam informações sobre o funcionamento do restaurante, filas formadas sem o mínimo de organização e um buffet sem opções de comida. Chegando no quarto, uma sequência de decepções. O banheiro estava imundo, o box com cabelo no ralo e o chão cheio de areia. Com certeza não havia sido limpo. A água possui um cheio insuportável, não dá pra lavar o rosto, escovar os dentes ou tomar banho. O cheiro toma conta do quarto e do corredor. É horrível! As cortinas não possuem blackout, as roupas de cama tem aspecto de sujo, o travesseiro parece um papel e estava podre. Não haviam toalhas nos quartos e quando solicitei enviaram toalhas fedidas e manchadas. Não recomendo o local, espero que mais ninguém tenha esse tipo de experiência. Não há nada de positivo na hospedagem.
