Nice apartment

Apartment was nice and clean in a very lively area of Santiago (lots of bars nearby). However, the Internet and the TV in the apartment weren't working. And the 'gym' (fitness center) was quite poor.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, em um bairro movimentado mas que não atrapalhou nossa noite de sono. Encontramos limpo e organizado e muito bem estruturado. Sentimos falta de um apoio do locatário, não tivemos quase contato e foi bem informal. Solicitamos reposição de material e precisamos.solicitar por dois dias, até que repuseram. Quanto ao valor, encontramos outros brasileiros no.mesmo prédio que fizeram locação em outros imóveis com valores bem mais acessíveis. Fica a dica de rever valor da diária.

Muy pero muy bien!

¡Excelente servicio! el depto muy lindo, la zona muy conveniente, las camas cómodas, todo muy limpio... lo único por mejorar sería el sofá, que estaba un poco hundido. Después, y solo con ánimo de ser perfeccionista, que había Netflix pero no cable TV, que es necesaria una alfombra EN la ducha porque es muy resbalosa y que sería fabuloso un microondas. Ah... y no es una zona muy tranquila en el sentido de silenciosa, no por el edificio sino por el barrio, hay dos universidades muy cerca, bares y restaurantes, y hay jolgorio todas las noches. A mi no me molestó para nada, pero alguien que tiene dificultades para conciliar el sueño tal vez necesite un piso más alto que el 5to, o tapones para los oidos. Por otra parte, que sea tan movido hace que el barrio sea más seguro, siempre hay movimiento y gente cerca. Y a pasos de Patio Bellavista, que es muy lindo (aunque no barato) para ir a cenar. Definitivamente, volvería.

Não é um hotel, é como uma habitação. Ainda assim o custo benefício é bom. Tudo estava limpo. O chuveiro funcionou bem e tinha secador de cabelos no banheiro. A responsável pelo apartamento Betsy foi super atenciosa, com dicas, sugestões e nos ajudou quando precisamos. Para pessoas que procuram badalação creio ser o local ideal pois é muito perto de bares e restaurantes. Para pessoas que prezam tranquilidade talvez não seja uma boa idéia pois é um lugar agitado, boêmio, universitário então bastante barulhento à noite. Próximo ao metrô, bem localizado e seguro.

It is not a hotel, is a condominium that owner somehow advise it as a hotel No one to get contacted once you get there Stay away from this false advertising I had the worst traveling experience booking here, and ended myself in another last minute hotel reservation No one responded me nor the security guard had knowledge of our visit. Localização e vista perfeitas

O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado. Fica perto do centro, da rua Pio Nono (muitos bares e restaurantes), Parque Forestal, metro Baquedano, Zoológico e cierro San Cristoban (de onde saem passeios para Viña del Mar e Valle Nevado). Enfim, perfeito. Estava limpo e arrumado quando cheguei e tem uma vista espetacular onde se pode ver o cierro San Cristoban, cierro Santa Lucia e parte do Parque Forestal. A noite é perfeito para observar as luzes da cidade enquanto toma um bom vinho chileno. Não recomendo para pessoas de sono leve, por ser perto de barzinhos é bem barulhento, mas se vc é do tipo que vai estar no barzinho vai ser tudo de bom. A organização dos apartamentos tem contato por e-mail e whatsapp facilitando muito a comunicação, o wifi é rápido e o banheiro tem banheira.

Facilities are good, we were able to walk to most places of interest. However the most draw back for us was that the location is well known for noise and indeed partying went on till about 5am each day, not just weekends. We got a bit used to it after a while but would not have chosen it had we known that fact before hand!

Deixou a desejar, mas localização muito boa.

Não é um hotel, é um condomínio onde uma mulher é dona de vários apartamentos pelo que entendi. Fizemos a reserva c/ cartão de crédito e no site nao era nada claro. Na véspera do vôo, ligamos no Hoteis.com (e eles p/ o apart) pois não tinham debitado no cartão, e nos avisaram que já que eles não cobraram no cartão, deveríamos pagar em espécie. Foi a maior correria para comprarmos os dólares um dia antes da viagem. Pior de tudo, é que nas casas de câmbio geralmente nao vendem "valores quebrados", levamos 400 dólares e simplesmente, por não ser um hotel, não tinham troco, eles não queriam voltar outro dia como sugerimos que trocaríamos o dinheiro, tivemos que comprar dólar no próprio bairro BellaVista, onde as casas de câmbio mais caras, além de ter perdido o horário do nosso passeio. O apart é ótimo (cozinha, sala, quarto, banheiro e closed).. porém tinham locais com pó, no banheiro o gás do chuveiro estava baixando rápido, então tínhamos que tomar banhos rápidos para recebermos "água congelante" nas costas. Quanto a limpeza, tivemos outro problema, ficamos 7 dias.. até o 5 dia não tinha vindo ninguém limpar, não teve troca de toalhas e lençol, tivemos que reclamar e alegaram que não houve limpeza antes porque nao ficamos no hotel e nem deixamos chave, mas chave??? Os próprios donos esqueceram que a porta era com senha? Achamos um absurdo.. então vieram limpar um dia antes de irmos embora só. Localização: bairro muito bom, perto do metrô
