Dear . Good morning, we regret that your stay was only for 3 nights, we would have liked you to enjoy your entire reservation, but we understand your personal reasons why it was necessary to leave our facilities beforehand. As explained on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure, the policy of your reservation was NON-REFUNDABLE and in view of this, we cannot generate money back since we must comply with the established contracts. Therefore, he was given the option to contact his agency and see them. We remain attentive to any questions.

I had assumed it would be a boutique hotel, but it was far from that. We had to change rooms 2 times. The first one it wasnt in the hotel, but across the street in a run down building and the room was terrible, with the window in front of the inner cafeteria. The second room it was tiny, so the sink of the bathroom was in the bedroom itself. And the bathroom it was stinking with the smell of a cesspool. Really unpleasant. After my wife complaint a lot we were relocated for a better room in the hotel. We really aprreciate the efford of Issac, the staff member who was the only professional worth of a praise. The breakfeast it was mingle, just bread and some cold cuts. No fruit in the sight. No coffee ready to drink, just nescafe in powder. To a hotel who have a boutique in the name is a hack. We felt really misguided by the photos. It was an utter desapointment.

Not really what I expected
The pictures look great. The room I got was a single room, on the ground floor, with paper-thin walls, windows that looked into the dining room (yes, not outside), broken everything in the bathroom, ... It was just a terrible night stay.

Terrible hotel for 3 nights. At best this is a 1 star hotel, maybe slightly better than a youth hostel. 3 1 /2 stars is delusional. They first gave us room 27A, in the annex across the street. It was right next to the front door, the front desk and the road. It sounded like grand central station. The air conditioner leaked a few ounces an hour onto the floor next to the bed. There was only one staff person who spoke English, a nice guy from Venezuela, who was very helpful. At our insistence, he moved us to a quiet and bigger room upstairs, 17A, in the Annex. Why stick us in the worst room at first? Better room, but only one 50-watt bulb for the entire room, wobbly, slanted floors that made our suitcases roll, and a refrigerator that oozed brown stuff. I now have the flu. Broken vanity table tipped and broke a glass. Just propped it back up against the wall. Breakfast was inedible -- if you don’t like meat and cheese on white bread. No fruit, except apples the first morning. In contrast, our 4-star hotel in Bueno Aires was a 4-star hotel under American standards. Wow what a difference. I thought I could trust Expedia’s stars. Very disappointed.

Shower pressure was a trickle. Only 3 towels in a 5 bed place. My reservation was moved to a different location and I didn't find this out until I arrived at the original location. Beds were comfortable and the rooms wer clean.

Nice boutique hotel
Breakfast is not great but it is nice and varied! No hot items though. Wi-fi is fast and reliable! Hotel staff is attentive! The neighborhood is close to night enterntainment and close to a metro station but not the safest area either!

Brief but good
We stayed overnight before going down to the South of Chile. This hotel is well located nearby trendy restaurants and the staff was very helpful with us. Room accommodations are renewed. We recommend it.

Overpriced
The Tremo calls itself a "boutique" hotel but it is anything but. They make you pay an outrageously high deposit (US$70) in case you break anything, but things are actually already broken or poorly maintained in the room! Breakfast is woefully inadequate for the money you pay. Very disappointing.

Não é um hotel Boutique
Uma decepção, hotel muito simples e está muito velho, tudo muito antigo. O edredondon, as pontinhas das penas saiam pelo pano e esperavam a perna (nunca tinha visto isso). Está longe de ser um hotel Boutique. Sugiro trocar o nome. Táxi do hotel mais caro que táxi do aeroporto.

Super shabby room
Super tiny unpleasant room - no windows to the outside which was less than one third the size we have booked - seems to have been a former storage room. Water in the shower went over and watered the entire bathroom

Lamentamos que o café da manhã não tenha gostado porque lembremos que é um pequeno-almoço muito variado e equilibrado composto de pão, presunto, queijo, frutas, iogurtes, geléias, cereais, sucos, leite, bolo, entre alguns dos as coisas que o hotel tem para oferecer aos seus queridos clientes. Esperamos que você possa ficar conosco novamente e aproveitar!

Lastimável!
Lastimável experiência em pleno ano novo. Quarto sujo, tive que lavar os pés para poder dormir após ter andado descalça nele. Me cobraram 50 dólares de taxa de garantia de uso de um frigobar que nem existia. Roupas de cama deploráveis de sujeira. Lençóis sujos e manchados. Edredom, que era branco, estava com as bordas pretas de tanta sujeira. Após ter conversado com os recepcionistas, que não deram atenção ao fato, e depois de uma noite sem dormir por causa dessas condições, tive que reservar outro hotel e ir pra lá. Aguardo ressarcimento do pagamento!

Hotel Bom..
Hotel simples. Café da manhã fraco.. Pessoas exigentes e que buscam silêncio, procurem outro hotel!! Quartos limpos! Atendentes e funcionários excelentes!! 10 minutos de caminhada até o pátio Bellavista.. e 10 minutos de caminhada até a estação de metrô mais proxima (Belas Artes) Hotel bom só para dormir..

Gute Lage....
Die Lage ist gut und zentral umgeben auch von einigen guten Restaurant. Das Zimmer - ohne Fenster - war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und wc/douche ohne jegliche abstellfläche und etwas lieblos. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten... täglich fehlt irgendwas.... und der orange-juis war mehr Zuckerwasser als Fruchtsaft.

Estimada Buenas Tardes Realmente siempre intentamos otorgar un buen servicio, el motivo del estado de nuestras instalaciones hace referencia a lo siguiente, el concepto de Hoteles Boutique son casas antiguas acondicionadas para alojar gente,este re-acondicionamiento no es efectuado en su totalidad debido a que la Municipalidad de Santiago tiene lugares protegidos en los cuales no se pueden hacer ningún tipo de remodelaciones. efectivamente trabajaremos mas en la limpieza. Nosso feriado foi ótimo!
Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no hotel, bem localizado, ótimo atendimento, os funcionários sempre muito solícitos. Ficamos em dúvida porque lemos algumas avaliações onde falavam que o café da manhã era ruim, porém não concordamos. O café é simples porém muito bem servido! Quarto amplo e confortável. Recomendamos com certeza.

Chegamos no Hotel e nossa reserva não foi encontra , tivemos que ir em outro Hotel da rede para que localizem nossa reserva. Ficamos num prédio anexo , tipo puxadinho do Hotel

Junto con saludarle espero que haya tenido un buen retorno a casa, quisiera comentarle que si usted se quedó en el edificio de al frente, el mismo forma parte de este hotel, solamente tenemos 2 sedes y una queda en frente de otra. De igual manera le aseguro que cumplimos con el tipo de habitación y los servicios ofrecidos en el portal.
