The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. With some vision and investment, it could easily compete with more modern luxury hotels. For now, though, the price-to-value ratio falls short.
Beautiful hotel, lovely stay, great sauna and pool/ jacuzzi area. Would definitely stay again. Located in a cute, safe neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants.
