We love Tempo Rent, We´ve stayed there three times, They have upgraded the paint and floors and this time we had the breakfast included. Very good variety of fruit, breads and hot scrambled eggs.
The location is fantastic, just a block from Los Leones metro stop in Providencia.

We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess.
For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical.
The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet.
The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control !

hotel com vários furtos!
Houve dois assaltos no tempo em que ficamos no hotel, um na recepção no dia em que chegamos, levaram a mochila de um hóspede, e no ultimo dia de nossas estadia, roubaram uma bolsa no café. os funcionários do hotel deram pouca atenção para os hóspedes, achei horrível o atendimento nesta questão, gerente mal se posicionou sobre o assunto.

Localização maravilhosa, com excelentes opções de restaurantes que vc tem vizinho ao apart hotel . Quarto grande e espaçoso , porém travesseiros muito altos , não tem ar condicionado no quarto , apenas na sala. Café da manhã ruim.

Ubicacion ideal, comodo y buen desayuno
La ubicación es excelente, una zona segura, cerca del costanera, del subte y con muchas opciones para salir a comer o pedir delivery, el desayuno muy bueno, con variedad de frutas de estación, fiambres, quesos, yoghurt, cereales y panes, desayunabamos a las 8 am y siempre habia lugar pero el lugar es pequeño para la cantidad de habitaciones del hotel. Las camas y almohadas muy comodas y buena limpieza. En recepción había te y agua de cortesia. El estado del departamento no es como las fotos, faltaban las puertas en las alacenas de la cocina, baños y placares (habitacion 801), falta mantenimiento pero el departamento fue cómodo para 4 personas y todo funcionaba. No había lavavajillas ni una rejilla en la cocina, solo 4 vasos, platos, tasas, cuchillos, tenedores, cucharas y una olla.No es para cocinar allí.
Lo único negativo fue el check out muy lento, tuve que esperar como 10 minutos que revisaran la habitación y la actitud de la recepcionista fue desagradable, quizas muchos huespedes dejan cosas rotas o se llevan algo pero los que dejamos las cosas en buen estado merecemos mejor trato, no me dejaron ni retirar el auto antes de revisar la habitación, al menos podrían hacerlo más rápido o con una actitud más cordial.

Buena estancia...céntrico!
Llegamos de noche y no fue tan bueno ya que hacia un poco de hambre y no teniamos opciones de comida en el hotel...por lo demás todo bien, es muy céntrico, cercano a boca de metro que conecta con todo, hay sitios para comer en los alrededores y muy cerca del Sky costanera...
Las habitaciones cómodas equipadas con refrigeradora cocina etc...el desayuno del hotel con todo lo necesario para arrancar un buen día...el hotel en buenas condiciones.

Razoável e probelmatica. Existe uma falha de comunicação entre a hotéis.com com a estadia e por consequência com o cliente. Não fomos avisados sobre calção (80 dólares), os recepcionistas são bem difíceis de ser gentis e não sabem atender de forma resolutivo, o café da manhã é OK, limpeza é ótima, a vista também é agradável, localização boa, próximo de tudo que precisávamos, acredito que se tiver melhorias no prédio e contratassem equipe que tenha profissionalismo e boa vontade já melhoraria muito o Hotel.

O hotel possui ótima localização, no entanto eles pedem caução de 500 na estadia no caso de sujar a toalha de rosto ou de banho você perde o caução.
A agua de tomar banho esquenta quando quer, péssimo pra quem vai passar inverno

Muy venida abajo, la calefacción no funcionaba, no tuvimos TV, tenés que cuidarte con el uso de las toallas porque no pueden tener una manchita. Pero su ubicación compensa, el encargado de mantenimiento se esforzó para solucionar el frío del departamento.

Excelente localização
Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos, o quarto do apart é confortável e a localização é excelente.
Fomos muito bem acolhidos e atendidos.

O atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, educados e prestativos.
O apartamento precisa de reforma , fica em uma localização incrível, mas as condições do apartamento estavam pessimas , o chuveiro saia muito pouca água , pessimo , a cozinha era tudo muito velho .
Os armários tudo velho , ressalto que o atendimento dos funcionários e a localização salvaram a estadia .
Café da manhã pouca variedade.

Vale muito a pena!!
Excelente localização, a equipe super atenta e solícita, quarto confortável e bem amplo, com closet, cozinha equipada com fogão, microondas, geladeira e utensílios caso queira cozinhar, sala e até uma varanda charmosa. É cercado por restaurantes e barzinhos para todos os bolsos e gostos.
