Great hotel in great location by restaurants and stores. The train is nearby. All the main sites we visited didn't take long to walk too. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection which is included with your stay.

Great hotel that is located in a great area. There are several restaurants and stores. We walked everywhere and didn't feel it was far from anything. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide free water and soda in the room along with breakfast every morning with many options. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

My wife and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and we decided to make Solace our stay of choice, the staff was very customer friendly and even though we spoke English they made sure the information provided was clear and precise, a big thank you to our room maid Nicole she made sure our room was properly clean, overall itโ€™s a 5 star rating for us and we would definitely book our stay at SOLACE again it was a great experience.

Great rooms, good location !

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are excellent. My only issues were that the downstairs bar was never open and the restuarant will not win any awards. Good value for money.
