Well kept, comfortable, and reasonable price. Rooms were modern and clean, albeit no frills (e.g. no mini bar, extra chairs, mini sofa, etc).

This was a long stay; 11 nights. No recognition of status with Expedia, despite claims that Expedia members will receive special welcoming treatment. Tiny bed for two people. Reception incompetent. They never did figure out the reservation was for two people. This is a tour-bus hotel that caters to large groups; it is unsuitable for and not willing to give any extra consideration to Expedia members despite claims on Expedia site of extra consideration. It’s winter in Santiago but only a half closet; long overcoat and long raincoat did not fit. No closet to store large luggage. Had to keep suitcases in plain sight in the room on the floor. Reception staff not rude but not nice either. Terrific restaurant/bar staff was the only really outstanding thing. Plenty of view rooms of the Andes; reception gave me a view of a couple of apartment buildings, one of which had chipped paint and looked pretty dilapidated. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

I had a great time at the hotel, it was a short working trip, but everything at the hotel was really nice, the staff was kind and helpful, very good breakfast, excellent.

It is a shame that in 2023 Pullman didn't have internet in the rooms. I had to work and it was impossible, the solution offered by the hotel was working in the lobby. My room was not super clean, the bedsheets were dirty. I was so disappointed that I decided to move to NH Hotel. I couldn't stay for more than 3 days in the Pullman hotel.

Excelente ubicación para caminar alrededor de Vitacura, que es una de las áreas más exclusivas de Santiago, staff excelente al igual que las instalaciones, fui por trabajo y lo recomendaría mil veces. Además se respira el hermoso parque Bicentenario.

Great hotel but the taxi company the hotel uses to for airport transit can’t drop you off at the terminal you have to walk from car park . This overpriced service that the hitel used is not good . E mailed the hitel but no response .

Our stay was great. Nice big and clean rooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was the best we had in South America in many years.
The dinner in the bar was not up to the same standard but very convenient.
Location is great and has free parking. Parking, however, was confusing, it is free for the hotel guests but the parking guard charged my husband 30 USD for one night because he didn't know it was included. They should know this. The reception was not able to refund the money since he did not get a receipt.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.
Everything was great, except the room service and cleaning.

We don’t have heat in the breakfast area for 5 days. We got sick upon return to New York.
