Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. The service a bit slow when we need security to come to the room for our safe (waited 30 minutes) Also, the front desk check in was a bit rude . We had just arrived from California and she asked what time were we’re checking out. Welcome ? Breakfast was meh. Fruit was good, but the eggs looked like those prepared in the military, runny ( I should know, I use to have them). Options were small.

Good size rooms both with good AC. Excellent safe location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and any minor issues dealt with quickly Only drawback was lack of licensed bar.

Muy bueno pero con algunos detalles

Todo es excelente. La habitación, el servicio, el desayuno y el precio muy conveniente. Solamente un par de detalles en contra: el tamaño del baño es mínimo, y es difícil moverse hasta para tomar una ducha. Nunca pude regular la temperatura de la ducha: permanentemente se cambia sola de fria a muy caliente.

Excelente ubicación y confort a buen precio!!

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado , con todas las comodidades especialmente para una estadía de varios días ya que tiene dormitorio, baño , cocina muy completa y living comedor! Además cuenta con un excelente desayuno bufet bien completo e incluido, y tiene servicio de habitacion muy bueno y 24 hs. Tiene cocheras y gimnasio.

Desorganização no fechamento da conta

Estou até hoje tendo problemas com taxas e cobranças em cartão de crédito. No fechamento da conta não apresentam um detalhamento do que foi consumido, e depois debitam em seu cartão. Em relação a taxa de 19%, consta no site do hoteis.com que é só apresentar o passaporte com o carimbo de entrada que estava isento. Mas na verdade foi mais uma cobrança feita em minha conta. Até agora não descobri de quem foi o erro

Razoável/ travesseiros horríveis e não tem vinho

Gostei bastante do quarto, espaçoso, bom banho. Cozinha pequena, apesar que até a cápsula de café era tabelada para pagar. os travesseiros são tijolos horríveis. Pedi para trocar não tinham, pois eram padrão. O funcionário na boa vontade até trouxe outro mas era de flocos de espuma dura. Achei caro. Café da manhã ótimo. Comida do restaurante é ruim. E não tem bebida alcoólica no restaurante.

Bom porém com uma surpresa

Foi tudo dentro do esperado, hotel bom, café da manhã muito bom, localização excelente, porém o hotel tem que fazer um caução na no check in com cartão de crédito e para surpresa após feito check out o hotel recebo uma mensagem em meu celular dizendo que a compra tinha sido aprovada em meu cartão, fui ver e o hotel tinha utilizado meu cartão de crédito.
