Excellent location, very good hotel
Very good overall. Excellent location! Toilet was old and doesn't flush well. Breakfast was very good, but not extraordinary. Room comfortable and clean.

You come in a locked gate then down a steep incline or stairs with your luggage. Very awkward. Our bathroom on the cruise ship is bigger than the hotel bathroom

The property was in a quiet area with good restaurants in walking distance. The wifi was intermittent. It was the same issue when we were there. So it doesn't seem to be an important issue for them.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were extremely professional and polite. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and had a modern look. The breakfast spread was quite nice. There was a security guard stationed out front (apparently 24 hours) but it also seemed like a safe area to me and I walked around the area even late at night with no problems. I would stay here again.

Good location. Close to Metro, shops restaurants etc. Large loud air conditioner on floor next to bed made you either hot or cold. Breakfast standard with nice pastries. No service around pool - had to go to bar for drinks and as no plastic glasses available could not drink around pool but could use courtyard area.

It was quite noisey because the room was facing the service gate which was being buzzed throughout the night. The air conditioning was dated and very loud and not easy to manage the thermostat.

Old hotel, needs maintenance and re modeling. No access for disability people. Needs to improve the breakfast, internet is horrible and I found spiders on the room. I don’t recommend this hotel

Adequate hotel in nice neighborhood of Providencia
This an adequate hotel near the Metro and good restaurants. Still, there is nothing amazing that would bring me back considering the diversity of hotels in Santiago. The rooms are small and not for hanging out. The wifi connection is inadequate.

for the ads in Hotel.com page, it shows airport shuttle available, after you paid, the invoice shows airport shuttle upon request,7 days before we get there, I contact the hotel, they told me they do not provide shuttle, just teach me how to contact shuttle company to arrange shuttle to go after you get there. end up the shuttle charge is about the same as the room. They do not have any Airport shuttle service, only give you location to find shuttle and you pay for it.

Disappointing stay at Panamericana
Stayed at Panamericana on a short business trip. Great location right next to Av. Providencia and Metro Pedro de Valdivia. Staff proved to be quite pollite and helpful, although at breakfast you are really left alone. Breakfast was acceptable but quite poor on variety. One would expect a bit more from a hotel of this price category. Room was very crowded as the huge King-and-a-half-size bed took most of the space. The bed was nice though. The shower gave no hot (or even warm) water during my two evenings and two mornings I was there. The staff was basically shrugging their shoulders when the news was brought to them. I don't think I will stay here again.

Well located, poor service
Pretty nice hotel, really well located and nice rooms. Although it says it has a parking lot, it was too small and we had to wait to accomodate the cars in fron so we could get out. The worst thing was that they were working in the floor above since 9 am!! Drilling and using other noisy tools. No one gave us an explanation.. Really dissapointing

nothing about this hotel is 4 stars
Worst hotel experience in 15 years of business trips to Santiago. Other than the location, nothing about this hotel is 4 stars (except the price) - should be 2 stars at most. Tiny room; shower/bath full of mold; shower head absolutely filthy; paint peeling in room interior walls; black scuff marks on room walls; dated and filthy carpet; internet was often down because the power cord was frequently (albeit inadvertently) dislodged by the maids and/or the other hotel guests; 4 of the six lights in my rooms hallway were non-functioning; maids walked into room twice - once with one knock and an immediate opening of door, and later the same day with no knock at all, simply entered the room. The in-room 'safe deposit box' had no locking mechanism (hole where he lock should be) and was not adhered to anything. TV screen was smaller than a typical computer screen. TV is not that important for me personally but this absolutely tiny 'flatscreen' is simply not consistent with a 4-star hotel. The 'business center' consisted of two small and dated computers off the lobby area. Granted it is winter, but the pool area maintenance was extremely poor. Room was so dirty I documented with photos. Location was the only bright spot of the stay - very centrally located with a numerous variety of nice restraints within a short walking distance.

Hotel não muito bem localizado, não há restaurantes por perto e não dispõe de room service. Se quiser comer algo à noite tem que pedir por aplicativo. Escadas na entrada e ninguém te ajuda com a bagagem. Funcionários pouco solícitos. Café da manhã, quarto e cama razoáveis.

Maravilhoso!!!
Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha estadia neste Hotel, além de ser muito lindo, os funcionários foram muito receptivos, hotel muito bem localizado,próximo à estação de metrô , mercados, farmácias, restaurantes , deu pra fazer tudo a pé e de metrô, economizei muito com Uber!! o café da manhã excelente, e nos dias que tive passeio as 05h da manhã , montaram um box de café pra viagem, todos muito atenciosos, com certeza me hospedaria novamente neste Hotel , estão de Parabéns!!

Hotel muito bom em excelente localização.
O hotel fica bem próximo ao metrô e o bairro é tranquilo e com muitas opções de restaurantes. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é grande e limpo. O único que atrapalhou foi a internet que não funcionou bem dois dias. Depois resolveram o problema.
