Não gostei das acomodações, apesar do quarto limpo, porém, muito pequeno, sem frigobar, piso em madeira tanto no quarto como no corredor fazendo muito barulho, banheiro simples faltando uma porta do box, que ao tomar balho molhava todo o banheiro. Café da manhã sem variedades, muito fraco... pelo valor pago da diária não condiz com a realidade, foi muito decepcionante. O único ponto positivo foi a localização do bairro Providência é muito bom e agradável.

Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos, na chegada o banheiro tinha cabelos no chão e pia. Não tem frigobar. Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções.

Las fotos son muy engañosas. No recomendaría pasar las vacaciones en este Hotel, mas bien para pasar la noche o estar de paso.

Hotel pequeno, mas bem localizado

O Hotel Oporto, é estilo boutique, pequeno, agradável e aconchegante. Fomos em família, dois dos aptos tinha um bom tamanho, porem o meu era pequeno. Apesar disso fiquei bem acomodada. Gostei do atendimento dos recepcionistas, forma bastantes solícitos. Mas o ponto forte do hotel é o restaurante que fica do lado, super agradável e com comidas deliciosas. o cafe da manha é bom, wifi gratuito localização excelente.

boa opção em Santiago

o Hotel Boutique Oporto, é um hotel pequeno em providencia. aconchegante, mas simples. os quartos não são muito grandes, mas bem confortáveis. Estava bem limpo e arrumado. cafe da manha gratuito, bom, mas sem muito variação. funcionários foram educados e bastante solícitos. gostei muito do restaurante que fica na frente do hotel, boa comida e com opções de vinhos para terminar a noite em grande estilo.

Vale a estadia....

o hotel é bom, com excelente custo beneficio. As melhores habitações ficam no prédio principal. A ampliação do anexo apesar de nova tem algum itens a se considerar, exemplo banheiro e cortina blackout do quarto. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento da equipe é sempre muito cordial.

Hotel Oporto

Para um hotel dito como boutique e tendo 4 estrelas, o Oporto tem muito a melhorar, pois apresenta várias falhas como: falta de manutenção nos quartos e instalações afins, acabamento mal feito nos quartos, porta do banheiro era torta e não fechava, o arcondicionado não funciona, além de itens que num hotel padrão, teria. Outra coisa que chamou atenção: isolamento acústico, zero, pois dá para ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, conversas e deslocamentos pelos corredores. A casa é antiga e a madeira impera. Eles precisam melhorar nesse item, pois dormir e ouvir todos, não dá. Já me hospedei em outros hotéis boutiques 4 estrelas e são bem diferentes nas instalações. Ponto positivo: atendimento. A equipe é muito atenciosa e merece esse reconhecimento.

O piso é de madeira, faz muito barulho principalmente se ficar hospedado no térreo, não tem elevador , a única coisa boa é o bairro
