This hotel is amazing, the rooms are very nice, airy and comfortable, the hotel is fairly new, the staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the wifi doesn’t really works. I went for work and couldn’t work in the room because the signal was terrible. I was on the fifth floor. So if you are going for work, make sure to be prepared to work from somewhere else.

Great hotel in terms of value, comfort, convenience. Nice rooms great breakfast but no spa or pool. Absolutely prime location in Santiago for shopping and dining. If you are planning on being out and about this is the best option in town.

This is more like a apartment style hotel. It has less staff, but the room is very clean and good size. It is located in a very nice and quite neighborhood and next to a shopping mall. Many good restaurants are in a walking distance. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple and has good variety. We enjoyed our stay.
