Hotel, oferece as condições de hospedagem compatível com o tipo de viagem feita por mim e por amigos. Boas condições. Osb: Lamento ter esquecido uma chapéu panamenho no quarto quando sai,pois ao fechar a porta ,não mas consegui abri-la .

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Mela Blu.O Hotel é muito bem localizado e atendeu bem minha expectativas. Faço uma ressalva para o estado das cortinas, que precisam de uma reforma urgente.

Horrível!!!!! Pior hotel que já me hospedei na vida. Em cinco dias não limparam o quarto, não trocaram as toalhas. Não tem recepção, por isso não se tem a quem reclamar. Durante toda nossa estadia ficamos sem internet, falamos com a administração, que atende somente das 09:00 às 17:00, não resolveram, escrevi uma carta, para que assim não perdesse um dia de passeio para resolver, não responderam. O quarto muito barulhento, sujo, cortinas encardidas, muito mal cheiro.

Una y no mas.

Estancia algo incomoda. El apartamento es amplio, aunque el baño pequeño. La señal de wifi pésima. Pase dos dias y medio sin agua caliente. El telefono que te facilitan para ponerte en contacto con ellos no existe. Los articulos de higiene que se supone que facilitan se limitan a un bote de jabon rellenado.

Boa localização e beleza em Santiago.

Muito bem localizados,com supermercado perto, várias opções de restaurantes,feiras culturais parques,bares e cafés. Um bairro muito limpo e bem bonito.Boa estrutura também em relação ao quarto e opção de usar a lavanderia. Estadia muito tranquila e confortável.O serviço deixou um pouco a desejar em relação á manutenção,pois não tinha algumas coisas básicas como sabonete no banheiro e detergente para os pratos.

too loud to sleep

This apartment is on top of a courtyard with over 1 resturants which is cool, but if you want to sleep it's insanely loud until about 2am. If you party every night past 2 you'll be fine. Also paid for air conditioning and the apartment didn't have it. Also didn't have any sharp knives to cook with and only one small pot.

Meu AP no chile

A localização, acomodação e custo benefício são ótimos. Vale deixar claro que não se trata de hotel, e sim de um flat que durante o período que estiver lá pode-se até chamar de "seu" apartamento. Vale cada "peso chileno". Voltarei com certeza. Super recomendo.

Fomos recebidos pelo Carlos, que informa que não há limpeza diária,somente semanal,não tem café da manhã. O apartamento estava poeirado, assim como os implementos de cozinha.

O quarto é muito bom: limpo e confortável, porém o wifi não funcionava. Ficamos vários dias sem internet até que um dos quartos cujo wifi funcionava desocupou, então nos mudaram para lá. Os funcionários são gentis, sempre dispostos a ajudar e resolver nossos problemas. A localização é maravilhosa, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, metrô, restaurantes...

Ótima localização.

Estive hospedada por uma semana no Mela Blu. Não tive contato com o responsável já que os porteiros do prédio me entregaram a chave quando cheguei e receberam a chave no fim da hospedagem. Não tenho reclamações mas algumas observações como wifi fraco/inexistente no quarto e uma janela que não trancava mas nada que bom humor e criatividade não resolvam para quem pretende curtir suas férias numa boa. Indico o Mela Blu para quem espera liberdade de "se sentir em casa", sem serviços (ou incômodos, depende do ponto de vista) de staff de hotéis (que era o meu caso).

Good location, but maintenance needed

All and all, I was disappointed. There was black mold in the bathroom and a bathroom fan that didn't pull any moisture out. There was no housekeeping for our five day stay. There were three of us and exactly three towels-no hand towels or wash clothes.. One towel accidently fell in the toilet. We asked if we could get a dry towel. Although we continued to ask, we were given the run around and never received a towel. One of us ended up drying with a sheet for three days. These rooms could be nice and we loved the location. Unfortunately our room is in need of new mattresses, a fresh coat of paint, and a working fan in the bathroom to prevent mold. The people down stairs should keep a few extra supplies on hand. We bought our own toilet paper. There is a lovely restaurant and bar downstairs which is convenient but this makes for noisy evenings.

Nice 1 bed apt

This hotel is a small apartment in the Las tarria neighborhood. Bars and restaurants are right outside the lobby. It's a nice place to stay and feel at home. My only hiccup was that the bed "queen" was two twins combined. But I did not care nor inquire at all with the hotel staff. It was fine. If you are comparing to a US hotel definitely not bad for the price

Modern apartment overlooking a small, lively plaza

I stayed at Mela Blu for 4 nights in early March 2014. The location of the apartment is great--close to Cerro Santa Lucia and about 15-20 minutes walk to the start of Bellavista, home to many of Santiago's nightclubs. There's a large supermarket close by which is great for apartment stays. The apartment overlooks a small, lively plaza and there are many nice restaurants close by. This is great for sleeping in but not the greatest if you like to go to bed early as the restaurants are busy until around 02:00. The apartment was spacious with modern furnishings, however some were a little worn (e.g., damaged venetian blinds). Wifi, which was included in the price, never worked during my entire stay and the staff didn't seem concerned about fixing it. It didn't even work in the front desk area so I feel the advertising of wifi with this property is not appropriate. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and feel I could have rated it as excellent if the wifi situation was greatly improved.

Unfortunately a very noisy environment.

Nice rooms, no air conditioning, and one room was very warm. Kitchen was great and very well equipped, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, equipped to prepare and serve most any meal. The courtyard below the rooms is used by several restaurants for outdoor seating. The folks there create a roar of noise until two or three each morning. I you are out partying all night yourself, this is not a problem, but if you want to sleep, find another place to stay.
