Lägenheten har ett utmärkt läge med närhet till de flesta sevärdheterna i Santiago Centro. Kommunikationen med de ansvariga fungerade mycket väl. Vi fick tydlig och korrekt information redan från början, vilket gjorde vistelsen smidig och problemfri. Sängarna var bekväma och sängkläderna var varma och av god kvalitet. In- och utcheckningen skedde genom ett smidigt självbetjäningssystem. Vi fick en personlig kod som användes för att komma in i lägenheten under hela vistelsen, vilket var både enkelt och praktiskt. Det fanns även möjlighet att komma överens med de ansvariga om ankomsttid vid behov. Sammantaget var vår vistelse mycket positiv och vi är mycket nöjda med upplevelsen.
