Apartamento bem equipado e o café da manhã excelente. A limpeza dos quartos também é feita diariamente. Cozinha pequena, mas funcional. Ideal para viagens com crianças. Desvantagem: banheiro com banheira.

Excelente estadia

Excelente localização assim como café da manhã. Apart com tamanho excelente, limpeza diária e vista incrível (ficamos no 7 andar). Funcionários educados, simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente o Vladimir da recepção que foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou num problema que constatamos ao chegar no hotel: minha filha esqueceu o iphone no táxi que nos trouxe do aeroporto. Ele não mediu esforços em nos ajudar a resolver o problema, ligando várias vezes pra empresa de táxi, graças a Deus no dia seguinte o telefone foi devolvido no hotel. Agradeço a honestidade do taxista que não fiquei sabendo o nome. Recomendo muito o hotel, pertíssimo do metrô e Sky Costanera, localizado num bairro seguro e lindo. Voltarei a me hospedar

Ótima localização

Hotel com ótima localização, perto do shopping, do metrô e de casas de câmbio. O apartamento é espaçoso, possui cozinha, ideal para quem quer por exemplo fazer um lanche ou tem voo muito cedo. O wifi funciona bem. Pontos de melhoria: o início do café da manhã poderia ser mais cedo, só começa às 7h. O banho quente não funcionava direito, demorava de esquentar e a água de repente esfriava.

O hotel no geral é bom, a equipe é atenciosa e atende bem, porém na minha estadia ocorreu uma situação bem chata: Sai do quarto e deixei o aviso de não perturbe e quando voltei o quarto havia sido limpado pela camareira e para minha surpresa o cofre que havia configurado e travado estava completamente aberto, mas por sorte não havia deixado dinheiro lá, somente passaporte, e não levaram nada. Reclamei na recepção, disseram que iriam averiguar o que tinha o ocorrido e até o final da minha estadia não deram qualquer satisfação! Não confiem em cofre de hotel, fica a dica! Outro problema que tive foi o chuveiro que funcionava a água quente quando queria. O ponto alto do hotel é sua localização que é muito boa, bem próximo costaneira center, e o bairro é muito tranquilo e seguro.

Lugar muito bompara ir com família e filho pequeno

Para quem vai com família os pontos positivos são: 1) vantagem de um apart-hotel (limpeza diaria mas a acomodacao de um apartamento; 2) localizacao muito boa, proxima a metro e a praça Peru, bairro muito agradável; 3) ótima limpeza diaria; 4) pouco barulho na regiao; 5) equipe de camareiros, da cafeteria e recepção muito educados e prestativos; Ponto negativo: 1) o café apesar de bom é muito repetitivo, como ficamos 10 dias foi praticamente o mesmo café da manhã todos os dias. embora gostoso mas vai enjoando;
