Love the location, and it was a very affordable deal for a single bedroom with a private bathroom at the heart of Santiago. It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget who would love to explore Santiago.

Great location & price!

Check in with Valentina was wonderful. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Loved my room with the huge bed & window overlooking a park & gorgeous building. Perfect location in the historic district. Lots of hot water, too and wifi worked great.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.

This is a very urban low-cost hotel meaning relatively noisy, rather tough security conscious and so not very relaxed. It was clean and efficient.

The hotel is located in the city center. It has 24-hour front desk. The room has street view and it was ready before the check-in time. The free WiFi works very well. The room has basic facilities and it needs some refurbishments. The bathroom is very small. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

Facilities are lacking. No duvet at all during the winter only a blanket. Staff are nice however do not speak English so you need to brush up on your Spanish if you want to check in or need anything. Area is good for La Moneda Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal/ Lucia. Noise was constant. Garage outside hotel that beeps for 30 seconds every time it’s opened which is constantly.

Good location and not much more.

The hotel is more like a motel, my room had red lights and mirrors in the ceiling and walls, I was looking for a nice room to sleep and the room was not great. The bed was in terrible conditions, the same with bedsheets, towels and bathroom. Also the WiFi didn't work during my whole stay. It is Just a place to sleep if nothing else is available.

I would never stay there again and would not recommend it. It was filthy, towels stained, used soap bar left in the bathroom. I requested new bedding and towels which I received but when I started changing it I was appalled at the condition of the mattress. This whole place needs to be renovated and upgraded. It is really, really bad. 😞

I’ve stayed in hotels, airbnbs, and hostels in over 20 countries and this was the filthiest place I have ever stayed. There was long black hair on floor and on bedding, the curtains were musty, there were even dirty handprints on the white bathroom door. The shower is smaller than a coffin, was very difficult to get clean. Additionally the property says no smoking but it smelled strongly of smoke. They try to make it look like a cool historic building and added some colorful LEDs and mirrors to give it an upscale vibe, but it truly is as poor quality as you can imagine. Very old mattress you can feel the springs pushing through. STAY AWAY.

O hotel fica localizado numa excelente região de Santiago, servida de comércios, transporte (especialmente metrô), opções de lazer e turismo, como por exemplo o encantador bairro Lastarria e suas opções de gastronomia. Fomos (casal) bem atendidos pela equipe, mas o quarto em que nos hospedamos possuía problemas significativos. Trata-se de um prédio antigo e, ao que parece, com pouca manutenção. Havia rachaduras nas paredes, móveis antigos e gastos. Banheiro pequeno e pouco confortável. Além de TV, o quarto possuía ar condicionado, mas sem frigobar. O wifi funcionou muito bem. Para quem busca preço baixo, boa localização, e utiliza o hotel apenas para tomar banho e dormir, essa é uma opção aceitável.
