Nice choice

This hotel is in a great location, offers a very good breakfast, decent internet connection, friendly personnel. The shower sometimes changes water temperature autonomously but... this gives the extra spice to the overnight. Highly recommended.

Qual é sua expectativa?

Minha estadia no Hotel Quito foi agradável e inesperada pelo bom atendimento. Alguns pontos importantes para os próximos hóspedes são: - Este hotel foi um dos poucos(na minha situação de check-in antecipado) que abria a conversa e outras possibilidades. - A localização para quem deseja visitar a cidade caminhando é incrível, fica ao lado do Cerro Santa Lucia. - Fica situado em uma rua pacata, sem fluxo intenso de automóveis, na verdade vi somente um carro passando na rua entre o período que fiquei hospedado. - Em relação a estrutura, simples e diretamente explico, que tudo está relacionado a sua expectativa. Se o hotel fosse relacionado como Boutique/ Experience, com pequenos ajustes apenas, seria três vezes mais caro e atenderia completamente a estes adjetivos. Posso dizer que, o hotel conta com um elevador antigo, com pequena capacidade, mas que funciona perfeitamente, tanto que levamos 2 Malas grandes e 3 pequenas através dele para o quarto. Tem um pequeno corredor que liga todos os quartos. O meu quarto em específico ficava no final do corredor, estava limpo, contava com móveis antigos e um televisor antigo, seu tamanho é padrão comparado a outros locais. Em relação ao banheiro, o meu ficava fora do quarto, mas literalmente uma porta de distância, que aparentemente era de uso exclusivo. Tamanho grande, chuveiro esquenta, toalhas limpas e limpeza ok. Ao fim, diante da minha expectativa, que era ficar poucas horas no hotel aguardando ao vôo, foi superada.

Antique Hotel

It’s like staying over at grandma’s house. The place is cozy, safe and above all, warm in the winter and coming from Southern California, that’s extremely important to me. It gets cold at night in Chile! My bathroom had a deep old fashioned tub and I took a HOT bath with HOT running water which is the only real luxury I care about. The breakfast consists of a huge piece of French style baguette, butter, jelly, cheese, hot milk and OJ. The best way to describe this hotel is like a French country house. The staff here remind me of my grandparents and the staff have real intentions of keeping you safe. The Hotel had a unique charm that you won’t find anywhere else.

Esta en el centro, no alcancé a hacer algo porque llegu tarde, internet débil, falta champú, jabón baño frío y cortina con hongos, no dan desayuno antes de 7:30 hrs dejo ella mismo 6:10 hrs. P/ tomar el vuelo. Muy mala experiencia no tiene calidad directamente éste alojamiento.

Hotel très simple mais familial avec des concierges disponibles et sympas. très proche de la ligne 1 du métro (Santa Julia ou Universadad catolica). Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre alors le hall devient un endroit de rendez-vous.

Like staying over Grandmas house

You’re placed under house arrest due to the fact you’re buzzed in and out of the hotel and they take your keys every time you exit. The night keeper, Sergio, who reminds me a lot of my grandpa even locks the door with a pad lock and I suppose I can appreciate that because I was kept safe. Just like my grandpa, the night keeper, never said anything but frowned upon any visits and he didn’t hesitate to scold me if I didn’t follow the “rules”. The staff have very traditional and old fashioned values. I never felt judged, maybe just a bit of concern just like grandparents. It was cozy and comfortable. If your an American, you may find it odd to only have a huge piece of white bread everyday for breakfast but people there in general have white bread all day. I never ate so much white bread in my life! In short, I guess it’s part of the Chilean experience.

Falta limpeza e manutenção

Os proprietários do hotel são adoráveis, a localização é ótima, o prédio é bom, assim como o espaço do quarto. O que falta é limpeza e manutenção. O quarto tinha muito pó e quando fizemos check in havia muitos fios de cabelo nos lençóis. Pedimos para trocar.

Passei tres noites no hotel, ele esta muito muito muito bem localizado na area central de santiago com duas estações de metro perto, e vários pontos turísticos também. O hotel é pequeno e antigo, o quarto que fiquei nao tinha muita luz natural. A equipe é muito atenciosa e flexível. Nao sei se é adequado dizer 3 estrelas, mas digo um 2 estrelas solidas.

Hotel is very very old, rooms are creepy, bathrooms also. Located in downtown. Price-quality ratio is excesivly high! Breakfast started at 8 am!!!

It is a simple home...and that is home.

You get what you pay for. It is very low priced option. Clean, simple and nice. Not too many amenities and that goes without saying. People are very nice, warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Um Hotel Decepcionante

Instalações velhas, péssima higiene, pessoal despreparado, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho velhas e rasgadas. Não é um hotel, é uma residência onde os donos aparentemente alugam os quartos do prédio. Banheiro horrível, que nunca é limpo durante sua estadia. Toalhas são trocadas a cada dois dias. O café da manhã é ridículo (pão, manteiga e café) e o local só possui três mesas de dois lugares cada uma. Não recomendo esta opção para ninguém que queira se hospedar em Santiago. A Expedia deveria retirar este hotel de seu site para não enganar mais nenhum interessado.

DO NOT STAY HERE

It was horrible, the place was not clean. Only stay one night out of the three I had booked, because in the morning I woke up with flea bites. Told the manager I'm still waiting for the refund for the other two nights. Not worth the stay.

Hotel simple mais complet et prix correct

Hotel simple mais bien situé, qui a du être très il y a de nombreuses années mais qui maintenant un peu viellot. Le personnel est néanmoins très agréable et serviable, la salle de bain propre et le petit déjeuner très complet, on ne manque de rien. Et le prix est correct.
