Las cerraduras pesimas, pasabamos casi 2 min intentando abrir la puerta, el aire hacia demasiado escandalo para lo que enfriaba lo unico helado que habia era el agua que para el precio pienso que debio tener agua caliente

Excelente custo benefício

O Hostel é bem simples, feito pra quem não exige nenhum luxo, sem frescuras. Cordialidade dos funcionários excelente, nos orientando em passeios e em tudo que precisávamos. Ficamos no quarto superior para casal, tudo bem limpo, banheiro com água quente, arrumação diária e café da manhã bem simples também. Localização excelente onde pudemos fazer tudo a pé! Excelente custo benefício!!!

Boa localização!

O hostel fica bem localizado, próximo a vários pontos a pé. Encontramos restaurantes e mercadinhos bem perto. Em uma região segura. Ficamos em um quarto de casal, com boa cama e sistema de ar que aquecia. A funcionária que nos recepcionou, Maria Ângela, é muito gentil e nos ajudou em nossa viagem. Só não gostamos do café da manhã, que não tem variedade, bem restrito e que começa só 8 horas.

Simples mas bom atende o que mais necessita

Otima Localização ,o quarto em que eu estive é otimo muito grande ,chuveiro tivemos um problema no primeiro dia ,nao esquentava, foi corrigido depois,o cafe poderia ser 10 se tivesse um queijinho.

Custo-beneficio muito bom

Passamaos apenas dois dias no hostel! Infelizmente foram poucos dias e não pudemos aproveitar mais, principalmente a localização que é excelente; e por ser domingo a maioria dos comércios estavam fechados. Porém, pudemos caminhar tranquilamente em um bairro charmoso e seguro. Há vários pontos turísticos próximos, como o Museu de Belas Artes (duas quadras do hostel). Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, limpeza eficiente, café muito bom para um hostel (leite, pão, frutas, aveia, cereal, geleia, suco...). Mas o destaque fica por conta do atendimento maravilhoso das atendentes que foram muito prestativas nos dando informações sobre tudo e muito solícitas em tudo que precisávamos. Recomendamos e nos hospedaríamos novamente caso votássemos a Santiago!

Not worth 50$

We had a room with private bath outside. The room was very spacious but right on a main Street. Without earplugs I did not manage to fall asleep. The AC remote did not work, which was not a problem since we wanted off so we unplugged it. The bathroom was super small. We couldn't extend our legs while sitting on the toilet. And shower drain was not working either, but we had good water pressure and temperature. The staff in the morning speaks good English and was very nice and helpful while the one sits at the front desk at night couldn't understand that we wanted a towel. The breakfast was very simple. Bread, ham, milk, jam, juice and instant coffee, which was not impressive. Overall we felt it was not worth 50 $ a night.

Maravilhoso!

Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Funcionários atenciosos que nos atenderam prontamente em tudo que solicitamos, um excelente atendimento. Especialmente Gabriela que além de simpática nos deu dicas de passeios, metro, cambios, sobre Santiago e uma bate-papo super agradável. Adoramos Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, confortável e limpo. O Hostel é bem localizado, perto do metro, perto do centro num bairro tranquilo e lindo para caminhar. Tem uns minis mercados e restaurantes bem perto para comprar água, lanches e tudo mais. Super recomendamos. Nota 10! E a varanda é u m local agradável que nos rendeu novos amigos.

Great staff.

Couldn't speak more highly of the great people that ran the hostel. Felt more like family then staff. Rooms clean, breakfast basic but good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Muy buena

La atención fue súper cordial. La recepcionista que me recibió siempre me saludaba por mi nombre y me ayudó a encontrar una casa de cambio, también me dio una serie de tips muy útiles. En general la atención muy buena. Los ambientes son bastante amplios y cómodos. Las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Solo el wifi se puso un poco lento un día que llegó un grupo grande de jóvenes. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Boa relação custo-benefício

De maneira geral a estadia foi agradável, o quarto era amplo, bom sinal de wi-fi, o banheiro era ótimo (super novo) e com ampla variedade de canais na tv a cabo. Atendeu ao que eu precisava: lugar bem localizado e barato. O café da manhã era ok.

Bon hôtel demandez chambre sur cour

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier animé. Nous avions une chambre sur la rue, donc très bruyant, nous n’avons pas vraiment pu dormir. En revanche les commodites de l’hôtel sont très bien et le personnel très à l’écoute et attentionné.

設備はすこし古いものの、満足な滞在でした。 内装が手作り感じがあり、欧米からのバックパッカーに人気がありそうな感じです。 バルコニーに洗濯物が干せたり冷蔵庫が使えるのが良かった点ですが、鍵が締めにくかったのと、お湯の温度が定まらなかったことが少し評価を下げた理由です。

very noisy could not sleep

probably my fault because I booked a single in an hostel. the room was fairly spacious and clean although quite run down and without hot water in the morning. overall it was ok for the price paid, but besides very thin walls with windows that opened inside the corridor,I could not sleep because until 3 am people were talking with loud voices, dragging bags and playing (badly guitar) and the guy who seemed to be the manager not only did not prefer that but was past of gene conversation. probably it's a good option if sleep is no concern and you want to party but definitely not recommended as place to rest. I would have rated 1 staff if it was not for the good service received by the day concierge.
