Sometimes one has expectations of these businesses that are higher than what they are able to provide. Unfortuitously, in this specific circumstance, I had to see, over the course of the same procedure, staff members who were apathetic or even contemptuous (sometimes without even recognizing it). Staying at a Doubletree or a Hilton has (at least in other countries) consistently provided a positive impression. In this specific circumstance, the answer is no.
