We only passed through on an extended layover but the room was clean and comfortable and the host was excellent. We had to leave very early in the morning and were grateful for the breakfast being ready for us in the morning. Felt very safe and secure even in the heart of the city. Would stay here again!

Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago.

Staying here was very pleasant, we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the variety and quality of restaurants and public transportation options within a short walk of the location. Much thanks to the person who helped us check-in, my card had an issue when I booked with Hotels.com but he helped us figure it out quickly to confirm our stay. We thought the high temperatures would be a problem but the staff kindly put a fan in the room to help us cool off.

It is a great place to sleep and go out and visit. The couple who runs it, they are great! Very attentive! It isn’t a luxurious B&B. It’s modest but nice and very well located in the city center! 5 ⭐️s!
