First two days I was in a 4th floor department with poor conditions but staff was really helpful understanding my complaint I was moved to a 12th floor apartment which was really good, super comfortable and clean. Location is awesome with a supermarket just below and all attractions close with a metro station four block away, It was a good lace to stay and I’m grateful with the staff to help me in this case

Apartment review

The apartment was nice and in a good location and had everything we needed but the key card to access the apartment block wouldn't but there was security to let us in and the bunk was very squeaky. Apart from that everything was good.

We stayed at the Amistar apartment for 5 nights in January 2024. The apartment itself was quite nice and clean. Whenever we requested replacement towels, they were provided the next day. We rented this apartment specifically because it mentioned laundry, however laundry is not in this suite, it's located in a different tower and it uses coin operated machines. The laundromat closed at 2100, which when on vacation, is hard to get a wash load and dry load done by that time. The area around the apartment was all walkable in a historic district, however there was unwanted characters nearby

Gabriel was very nice and friendly. He took care of us in a very professional manner. Our complaint was about the bathroom shower. It broke and we couldn’t use it the entire time.

Great location. Disappointing apartment.

The Hotels.com confirmation did not have any contact information to organize the check-in, and Amistar did not contact us to help with check-in or luggage hold. The entire place was dirty and run-down, we had to clean every surface before putting anything down. Office worker Rodolfo was super nice. Stay there if you like camping. Best part was the grocery store next door, security and location near Santa Lucia park and walking distance to Cerro San Cristobal and subway. Bring earplugs since the rooftop bar next door plays loud music. Great price for someone on a tight budget!

very good location, closed to attractions, there is a big grocery store closed by. Has security guards by the building entrance. Gabriel who checked us in and suggested couple nice restaurants. He also helped us to get a ride to the airport in the early morning at check out day. He responded to our question quick. Thanks Gabriel. The needed improvement part were no kitchen towel or paper towel in the kitchen, no shower gel/soap (only shampoo and conditioner), no wash cloth, only 1 bath towel for each person. The shower head kept dropping, couldn't stay up right. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. It was just enough for our stay. Glad we didn't have diarrhea. :-)

Apartamento Perfeito!

Muito boa a estadia no Amistar, ficaria novamente... A localização é incrível, próximo de tudo, principais pontos turísticos, lojas, restaurantes, supermercado, etc. Tinha de tudo no apartamento, a única coisa que não ofereceram foi a troca de toalhas e serviço de arrumação durante os dias de estadia.

Melhor localização

Ótima localização, lugar seguro, do lado de um supermercado, perto de 2 estações de metrô (Santa Lúcia e Belas Artes), fomos pro Parque Safari Rancagua e Valparaíso/ Vina del mar por acesso ao metrô Santa Lúcia e terminal da Turibus). A hospedagem também é próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. Fácil locomoção a pé, metrô e Uber. Sem contar que nesta região tudo é mais barato (Alimentação, Uber, lembrancinhas) É rota das agências de turismo, todas as agências buscam na porta da hospedagem. Na minha opinião, muito melhor que ficar hospedado em Providência.Fechei os pacotes de passeio com a agência Viajar Chile que fica a 10 min a pé da hospedagem e foi perfeito. Ótimo custo benefício! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Valeu demais!

A localização do apartamento é ótima! Próxima ao centro, fácil acesso ao metro, restaurante e há um supermercado ao lado do edificio. A vista é muito bonita. Uma outra vantagem no local é a máquina para reabastecer galões de água. O preço é muito bom e a qualidade da água também e isso nos fez economizar na viagem. Pontos a melhorar: limpeza do local, poderia colocar um tapete no banheiro, deixar uma toalha de rosto, além das de banho, disponibilizar ao menos dois pano de prato.

Localização do apartamento é ótima, perto de muitos restaurantes, pontos turísticos, supermercado ao lado que facilita muito as compras, dá para fazer tudo a pé, atendimento do recepcionista foi impecável nos explicou todos os lugares para conhecermos em Santiago, o apartamento é bem confortável, dois detalhes que pecaram foi na limpeza do apartamento que não estava muito legal e os colchões da cama de casal e da cama de solteiro muito velhos.
