I love it

I really enjoy it. It was a get together with family and not just me but everyone enjoy the weekend. The kids enjoy and love the pool. The bedrooms are a big and beautiful, nothing bad to say about this property. I love it.

This was by far the worst vacation rental experience I've had. We booked this villa in March, months in advance, and I had already communicated with the host about a possible late checkout. When we arrived, no one was there to check us in. I called the number provided, and the host said he had no idea we had a reservation. Even after I sent him a screenshot of my confirmed booking, he claimed he never received confirmation. When we entered the villa, it was still under construction. There was drywall debris on the floors, tools throughout the house, and the property was extremely dirty. The host first said he would move us to another villa, then minutes later said it was already booked. When we explained this was unacceptable after booking months in advance, he blamed us for the lack of communication. It is the host's responsibility to notify guests of issues before arrival. Because of the check-in ordeal, we were over an hour late to a church ceremony. After the villa was cleaned, we returned to find dirty sheets and pillows, broken doorknobs, the balcony glass door with no glass, damaged doors, several bedrooms without working A/C, and only 4 usable bedrooms despite the listing advertising 7. The beds were also old and uncomfortable. We did not feel safe staying here. The property was not as advertised, was not ready for guests, and the host handled the situation unprofessionally. I would not recommend staying here.

From the beginning this was a great experience. Property manager was outstanding and extremely accommodating Once we got there Jose made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Main house is fantastic. Few changes on the 2nd house but a great weekend all around.

Family reunion

We rented this property for a few days just for a family gathering. And let me tell you we will definitely be back for a longer stay everything about this villa and people managing the property are truly amazing. The hot tub actually has a heater so it is heated with jets. The chef that we had to cook our meals in the villa was one of a kind he was so kind and the food was delicious. The gentlemen that stays on the property was great he was always one step ahead of us and tended to all of our needs right away . But at the same time give you your privacy to the villa with your family he was very kind. If you are considering this villa don’t think twice it’s beautiful with amazing views and has everything you need. Thank you see you soon again!
