A beautiful, unique, boutique hotel on the edge of the action, walkable within minutes to bars, restaurants and of course the cathedral. Quiet and restful. Very friendly staff, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, yummy breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!

I will stay here the next time I'm in Santiago 100% for sure! The staff is very helpful in accommodating, The Breakfast were phenomenal, in the rooms were very clean and modern! I love the fact that I had my own air conditioner that I could control while I was in my room. They have the best laundry service I have come across in a hotel in a long time. And finally the location, this place is located just a few blocks away from the cathedral a couple blocks away from where a lot of the tour companies pick up, and right in the heart of a lot of good restaurants.

The property is very well located, easy to walk everywhere and with shops and restaurants at the doorstep. Clean, comfortable and a very good price, my room was next to the entrance door, I could hear people coming in, but very few and not late at night. No breakfast available and not 24 hours receptionist, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Lovely easy to find Hostal inside old town walls. Easy walk from train station and to all landmarks in town. I had a single room which had both a fridge and jug, a very comfortable bed with lovely doona, air-conditioning, TV (but small and too high on wall and reception for English language channels was often non-existent) and it was serviced daily by lovely staff. Bathroom was cosy but adequate and shower was excellent. Upstairs is a common/breakfast room with microwave and plates etc for making you own meal. Yes, reception is on 3rd floor but there is a lift, so no big deal. Would I stay there again, absolutely (although I don't think I'd go back to Santiago de Compostela as it is far too touristy - A Coruna was much nicer).

Though the rooms are small, they mostly face away from the busy roads and alleys around Plaza de Galicia. The air conditioning functioned very well and the bed was comfortable. The automatic card tap entrance was convenient. Probably best for only one traveler at a time but was an excellent experience.

Fantastic! The Location of the Hotel in the medieval town of Santiago the Compostela is idéal but also in a quiet street. The Young lady at the reception was very nice and very helpfull. The room was beautiful decorated and very clean. Price quality fantastic!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived during the night. There were no issues at all with check in. The room was a large double room and spotless. Buffet breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights. The location is so central. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mapoula - a good place to stay in Santiago

I thought the room was well presented and happy with cleanliness. My towels were wet so I left them on the floor to be replaced and the attendant neglected to give me a replacement bathmat. I fully paid in advance for three nights but within the cancellation period realised I only wanted two nights so rang to cancel. I was not impressed a refund was not given in full. The convenience of your accommodation to the center and old City of Santiago was excellent.
