"The hotel is beautiful but there was no AC during our visit and if you opened the window there was alot of noise from the trash workers."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable with interesting stone type walls and skylights. We booked a "city view" room, but just be aware that means if you open a skylight and stick your head out you can see some city views (inclusing the cathedral spires). Breakfast was good (not amazing, but good). But the best part was it was just steps away from the cathedral. We walked the camino and it was so nice to finish right at our hotel. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We will be back!"

"Nice hotel with cool history. Staff was great. I would have given them a 5 star rating but as a digital Nomad the internet conductivity was super poor in my room (209). Had to go to sit in a chair near the elevators to get any work done. If you are near a repeater or front desk then all is good."

"The hotel is in a historic area of Santiago very close to the cathedral. It is within easy walking distance of cafes and shops. The building is historic and is not really suitable for a wheelchair user."

"Property a bit worn out, no coffee-makers or tea pot in the rooms, just 2 glasses... Toilet doesn’t flush down well, you’d be looking to run the water twice or three times - before it cleans the whole thing. Very noisy place, hard time to sleep at night"
