"We enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and marina view room during our four night stay. I was billed an additional $75 after checking out and signing my final bill. I called and emailed the hotel and Hyatt customer service for an explanation and never received a response. I finally was able to talk to a hotel manager, and he said the charge was for unreturned pool towels! I was able to get refunded but what a hassle. Check for extra charges if you stay here! "

"The room we got was on the back building of the property that looks like a cheap motel, the elevator was next to the room so the room will vibrate every time the elevator was in use and the mattress was so old that you could hear and feel the mattress springs, horrible experience."
