Fantastic place - we recommend!

Lovely stay at nice resort wonderfully located in Cala D’or. All Inclusive was very good - a wide selection of dishes and drinks; and we never missing anything. Fantastic pool areas, and OK padel & tennis facilities. Two wonderful beaches are within few minutes of walking distance, and a morning walk on the cliffs is magnificent. The hotel is a little dated, but was hardly noticed, as everything else was perfect!

I think we were the only room without children ! Entertainment was for children every day morning and night . We got woken up daily from babies crying between 5-7 am . Food was child friendly . Not at all what we expected. No jug or tea or coffee facility. Great staff and beautiful hotel . Pool was great Rooms big and lovely

Absolutely rcommend

We had a lovely stay at Calimera Fido Gardens and would recommend to others. The hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and it does not have too many guests, making it easy to find a place around the pool and at dinner. The location is very good, there is a bus stop just over the road and the little cove Cala Egos is just a few minutes away, as well as Calo D'es Pou which is a slightly bigger beach which we enjoyed thoroughly. The food was pretty standard, they offered pasta, pizza, meats, salad etc.- if you are looking for a hotel with incredible food you will not find it here, but Calimera's food was certainly enjoyable for what we paid for it. The entertainment was good and finished at 10pm. The pools are beautiful and kept very clean

Good stay on a good hotel,we will go back!

Nice stay on a good hotel, nice bed,not like soft in sweden but we had a good sleep every night! A little bit noice room,beacuse of thin doors of wood, but people was quiet after 22.30,so we had a good sleep. Kidz club was great for our 5 year old daughter, disco every evening,face painting,drawing,games, also bingo and quiz for adults after the disco! Very nice and happy stuff at the hole hotel. Good food and desserts! Pool was great but a little cold in the end of october, but our 3 kids (5,12,14) loved it anyway! Nere shops and restaurants, like 5 min walk. 1 beach in 5 min walk and 1 beach 15 min walk! 35 minutes walk to cala dor center on the otherside of the harbor,a very nice walk.

Salty tap water but abundant breakfast

The tap water was slightly salted and basically impossible to drink for me. I tested the tap water at the airport: it was drinkable and not the same at all. The breakfast buffet is abundant though, even if it starts quite late (7.30). In general there is not so much care for details: there was no safe in the room and not not even a glass in the bathroom where to put my toothbrush. I had many ants in my room, attracted by my food. The location is good if you plan to stay in Cala D'Or, but if you want to explore the island, is far from anything else.

Beds were awful, whole rooms smelt like chemicals. TV had been ripped off the wall and bare bracket visable. Water was full of chemicals so if you showered you itched and felt dry skin!

My family and I stayed at this hotel in September 2022. We stayed half board where the breakfast and dinner was included. We had breakfast on our first morning which was ok. The evening meal had a sushi section which was great! I thought we were in for a great week. We found that the majority of the guests were German, which isn't a problem in itself, but it meant that the entertainment was then catered towards the german guests. The food for the remainder of the week was nowhere near as nice as the sushi offered on the first night. We tried the food for two more evenings, but it just wasn't good enough so we ate out for the rest of our holiday. Aside from the food, there's nothing particularly bad about the resort. We wouldn't stay again and found the Inurotel Esmerelda resort to be of a higher standard all round (plus a better location).

Très bien dans l’ensemble !!

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel le gros point fort et l’espace splash pour les enfants de grandes qualités. La restauration est de très bonne qualité également et les activités ainsi que les animations Chaque soir sont très sympa. Les equipes du mini club sont top ! Les points faibles vont se trouver au niveau de la chambre avec un lit 140 cm. Ce qui est vraiment petit pour un établissement, 4 étoiles, ainsi que la modernité de manière générale, la salle de bain est vraiment vieillissante et pas très bien entretenu. Et enfin, pour le service de la restauration, très serviable, mais très oppressant dans la volonté de débarrasser chaque assiette ou couvert non utilisé. On ne peut pas aller se resservir sans que l’on revienne et que tous nos couverts ont disparu…

Sie haben keinen Aufzug, man muss unendlich viele Treppen raufgehen mit den Koffern. Niemand hilft einem. Die Zimmer werden dir auch nicht gezeigt, das musst du selber machen. Wirklich GAR NICHTS!!! wird einem gezeigt. Man muss alles selber machen. Das Hotel hatte nur ältere Leute und Familien mit Kindern. Also wirklich nichts für junge Leute. Es hat nichts besonderes für junge Leute die am Abend was machen wollen. Da ist man wirklich Fehl am Platz. Also ich würde definitiv nicht mehr hingehen.

Fint ophold. Maden var ok og udvalget stort. Ikke alle drikkevarer var med i all inclusiv. Der var masser af underholdning for børn. Der kunne til tider godt være meget larm både ved restaurant samt pool. De hvide solsenge koster 25€ pr dag hvilket gør at størstedelen står tomme og tager mange gode pladser ved poolen. Vil ikke anbefale stedet for rejsende uden børn.

Groot en mooi hotel. Goed eten en erg aardig personeel. Wij sliepen in het hoofdgebouw en deze was erg gehorig. Het water uit de douche was ook wat zout, wat een beetje jammer was. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Hotel molto bello con piscina grande e stupenda. Avevamo l’opzione all inclusive e il cibo ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto, c’era molta scelta. Personale molto gentile. Delle signore ci pulivano la stanza quotidianamente. Ottima anche la posizione, in 10-20 minuti di auto abbiamo raggiunto tutte le spiagge che volevamo vedere. Bella esperienza!
