"Stayed for one night, room was spacious and well equipped, comfortable bed and great shower. Beach restaurant was excellent food and service. All staff were friendly and efficient."

"The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel."

"We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. "

"Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest? I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee. This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return."

"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "
