Quiet boutique appartment with incredible views on Teide and ocean. This place is perfect if you are looking for peacefull walking trips in an atmosphere of serenity.New apartment in an elegant and quiet residence, surrounded by trees and a great pool of 27mts long. It is very well located to travel by car around the island. At only 5 minutes from the town of Sta. Ursula and just 10 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. The north airport is 20 minutes away by car. The apartment has an independent entrance, with a private garage where you can directly access the house. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor the kitchen, another small bathroom and a bright living room with a large window through which you access the terrace. There you can eat and with a good glass of wine you can admire the beautiful sunsets with a great view of the Teide on one side and the ocean on the other. The house is located comfortable to take the highway (nearby places La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava with Teide and Garrachico) and comfortable for all services (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars). The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and the unmissable Nespresso coffee machine. In the bathroom you will find hair dryer and towels. Sissi Boutique became our home for two months, and enabled us to live there as 'locals'. The property is very spacious and coming up the stairs every morning to that sea view from the balcony was amazing. Liliana was the perfect host, providing everything we needed. She was easily contactable and always very helpful and friendly.We have no hesistation in recommending this property to anyone needing a base to explore the lovely northern side of the Island.
Liliana´s Apartment gehört zu den wenigen in dieser Wohnanlage, das eine eigene kleine Terrasse hat, zudem einen Blick auf das Meer und - seitlich - den Teide. Dies ist ein deutlicher Vorzug, den wir oft genossen haben. Auch hat uns der dazu gehörige Tiefgaragenplatz gefallen. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll mit Sinn für Ästhetik hochwertig ausgestattet, bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der auch u.a. Pfeffer, Salz und Öl schon vorzufinden waren und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig nahe der Autobahn und Santa Ursula, wo man alles bekommen kann, was man benötigt. Das umliegende Wohnviertel lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, auch zu dem nicht weit entfernten Mirador de la Quinta mit einem beeindruckenden Blick auf Puerto de la Cruz, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang.
Der Kontakt zu Liliana war optimal, man erhält umfangreiche Empfehlungen, im Apartment funktionierte alles tadellos (was leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür und wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa reisen sollten, dann würden wir auch gerne wieder hierher kommen.
