"Yo le llamaría un apartamento asistido. No es un apartahotel como tal, pero si necesitas algo llamas al personal y te lo consiguen. El lugar es super tranquilo. Y cuando digo tranquilo, es tranquilo. El horario de la piscina es muy justo, pero eso no es problema del hotel, puesto que es una mancomunidad. En contra es que los apartamentos no están aclimatados, y no tienen parking"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus. Alles war top und Caty eine sehr sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Caty hatte uns tolle Tips zu vielen Dingen gegeben und war immer sofort zur Stelle und ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und hier kann man sich wirklich sehr wohl fühlen. Wir werden definitiv sehr gerne wieder kommen und wünsche Caty alles Gute und möchten uns hier noch einmal ganz herzlich für alles bedanken"

We did not use the jacuzzi since it was a bit too cold in the winter time, but I bet it would be great during a warmer part of the year. "A las faldas del Valle de La Orotava (Santa Úrsula) se encuentra esta finca. Se llega en 20 min desde el aeropuerto del Norte, y está a unos minutos del Puerto De La Cruz. Zona tranquila y apartada del ruido. La casera es muy amable. El apartamento tiene una distribución peculiar con la cama de matrimonio en el mismo salón (un poco justa para mi altura de 1,73m, la verdad), donde también hay 2 sofás camas. Aparte, un salón y un dormitorio con 2 camas. Una mini cocina, un baño y un amplio salón....

Perfect family holiday place.

"The views from property are spectacular during a day and night. Pool facilities were really good with the lifeguard. The pool opening hours could be longer especially in the season. Rooms would require some TLC as property is slightly dated, like kitchens but in general very enjoyable stay with my family and wife. Surrounding area is nice for strolls and it was very convienent to have shop with restaurant literally by the hotel. Also SPA facility within hotel was really good, had professional massage and was using indoor pool with jacuzzi and water jets. "
